Our group had such a great stay. The location was great and it was the perfect spot for a beach weekend. Daniel was super helpful and responsive to any messages sent during our stay. We loved the spacious quirky layout of the apartment and would definitely stay here again!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

My wife and I loved the place, very eclectic in a cool way. If you seen the photos of the interior, you will understand. Everything functioned as it should. There are great neighborhood places to eat of have drinks within a 5 minutes or less walk, even more within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is active and Ybor City has chickens and roosters all over the city, so if you are looking total quiet, not for you but neither is Ybor City. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. We hope we have an excuse to return one day.

Sophie & Aaron’s place was perfect for our pre-cruise stay. We visited with my nephew, who lives nearby and went to a few escape rooms. Lo and behold, you may even find something similar to an escape room at Sophie & Aaron’s. If you solve the puzzle, you might even find a weee treasure. We loved the decor at the house. It’s beautiful and served as a sign, as we talked about our next adventure being an African safari. The pool is amazing. We will definitely book again for our next pre-cruise stay. Try KeKe’s (nearby restaurant) for breakfast.

Matthews place was the PERFECT place....they have thought of everything anyone could need and have supplied it in this home! It was very peaceful and relaxing. With the park right down the street, it makes for a great place to stay. Lots of places within walking distance, and they have let you know all the walkable places to go.

Tamara was very accommodating with our requests. Got right back to us when we had questions. Place was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Restaurant next door was great. Food was awesome and live music on the water.

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

From start to finish all was wonderful! Beautiful home and an awesome location! Communication was very easy and attentive!

We loved our stay at Michael's place! The location was a short drive from the airport, beautiful beaches, and lots of shopping and amenities. Oasis Beach at Honeymoon Island State Park was just gorgeous and only a 10-ish minute drive. The home is lovely, with lots of space and everything we needed to feel at home. The heated pool was definitely our favorite feature. The sun shelf was perfect for our toddler, and we spent a lot of time in the pool even on cooler days. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area. Highly recommend staying at Michael's place!

Lovely cottage and a great location. Short walking distance to the restaurants and bars, but on a quiet street and secluded patio. Barbara was welcoming and the instructions were clear. The cottage itself was clean, functional and overall a lively place. We can’t wait to be back to this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was better than expected, we were very close to Craig Park, Pinellas trail, and very walkable to both the restaurants in town and in the sponge district. The house is small but very clean and has all the kitchen amenities you would need. The backyard condensed but very private and was perfect for us to sit out along with our small dogs. The front door was opened with a code which is nice so that you did not have to worry about keys. The host is proactive with easy arrival instructions and everything worked well so we did not have to contact her during our stay; she responded very quickly with a question about the checkout process. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

We had an amazing stay at Mad Beach Cottage! The location is unbeatable—just 60 steps to the sand with no streets to cross. The cottage is cozy and perfect for families, with plenty of space. Everything in the cottage is well thought out for function and convenience. There are plenty thoughtful amenities like a well appointed kitchen, a pack-n-play, and beach toys. The heated pool and BBQ area were fantastic, and we loved being so close to John's Pass for dining and entertainment. The sunsets from the property were amazing! The host was the most responsive host I've ever communicated with on Airbnb. He was able to answer our questions in advance of the stay and provided almost immediate response when we had a question about parking at the property. There was a folder with clear instructions and information about the property, making check in and out a breeze! The host has clearly thought about everything, making this a stress-free, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property!

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

Their place was very clean and cozy. Host was very helpful on directions. Me and my girls had a wonderful time.

Jess was quick to respond to our questions about running the pool. The home was clean upon arrival. Fireplaces were a nice touch <3

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

Suited our needs perfectly. Lots of comfortable beds, linens and towels. It has a well-equipped kitchen. Quite spacious inside. Nice, heated pool.
