Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hico

We have a wonderful stay, Brandy and her husband were wonderful. The studio was much bigger than we expected and when we had an internet issue Brandi was quick to get it fixed. Friendly, kind and caring!

This was our first stay in WV and we drove on from out of state. Diana and her place set the bar for host etiquette and living space. We came in a little late so the refreshments already stocked came in clutch. Two bathrooms were tremendous. Coffee pot, toaster, stove, washer, dryer, TV and heaters made the stay feel like were right at home. I had a hard time locking the windows, so Diana asked her brother who lives on the property to help us out. Incredible service! We went skiing and our 6yo said his favorite part of the trip was the house we stayed in! We had to check out early due to a severe winter storm and she helped us out there too! We would definitely stay here again!

Christine had issues with her cleaning staff so our check in was delayed but she communicated this to us. She was very apologetic, friendly and outgoing. Christine was so nice to allow us to stay past the checkout time. Thanks, Christine, for making us feel like family.

Adam was a fantastic host! He made sure all the amenities were well-stocked, and even went above and beyond by purchasing food for us for the weekend. The fridge was filled with beverages, and the Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch. The loft had smart home features powered by Alexa, which added to the overall cool experience. We also loved the record collection! Adam truly made our stay enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay! Directions were clear, the apartment was very spacious and comfortable, and it is in a great location close to many hikes to enjoy the outdoors!

Cozy corner was exactly what we needed after a long afternoon of snow tubing. The apartment was clean, quaint, quiet and warm. We didn’t go out due to the snow, but there was a plethora of restaurants and stores nearby. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and we appreciated the board games and the sweet welcoming treats left by the hosts. We were thankful for the hospitality and we look forward to coming back!

Samantha’s place is a hidden gem! The home is adorable, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the decorations. The arrival instructions were helpful since the driveway is a little tricky to find. The home was super cozy and had everything we needed, Samantha thought of everything you could need and then some! Our dog enjoyed the treats & cozy dog bed! Of note, there are some neighbor dogs close by but they were in their fence the whole time so it never bothered us. Also love the location being close to New River Gorge NP, check out the Grandview side too! I would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful home with lots of space for our large family to spread out. Beds and furniture were comfy and a great yard for the littles to play. Big kids loved walking to town for coffee. Overall a great stay in a cute town!

We had a great stay. Very comfortable place in a very quiet neighborhood. The place was clean and extremely well appointed with amenities. Jessica was very friendly and responsive. We came during Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to find a little Christmas tree lit up in the living room when we arrived. There were also snacks and coffee available and some extra touches that made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs, and the fenced-in-yard was perfect for them. Great stay, and we would definitely stay again.

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Christmas. I am from the area and this is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to explore everything that Fayetteville has to offer. The home is walkable to a ton of local restaurants, bars, and even the NRGB if you were going during bridge day. The home is very cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were even better. The host even sent links to everything we would like to add to our home. If you're looking for a place to stay and come across this listing, just go ahead and book :)

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend at The Gaines Estate and everything is super walkable. The fire pit was perfect for hanging out with our friends and family in the evenings. Everything was super clean and the house was cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in the New River Gorge National Park for a quick overnight stay after a day of hiking!
