The place was great! It was in a good location where everything was nearby, usually about 15 minutes. Some places like the windowsill and underneath the bed was a little unclean. But overall it was a great airbnb and the host were wonderful!

my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

Great location. The airbnb has everything you need and within a short walk/drive to several local restaurants. We even took the bikes out for a ride around the neighborhood. Tony was very responsive and accommodating.

Wow! What an amazing experience on Lake Norman. From taking the canoe out with our pups to roasting s’more’s by the campfire, there is so much to do without needing to leave the site. Lore was one of my favorite hosts I’ve ever met. She was kind, flexible and welcoming. We appreciated the details put into the interior and exterior of the space. We felt right at home. Being from the city we walked to downtown and ate at Barrell & Fork. It was also an awesome experience! Downtown Davidson a bit north also has a cute walkable downtown. Jetton Park is a short drive with an excellent big loop to walk your dogs. Hello Sailor is another gem on the water serving local oysters. We had the best time. Lore is amazing and I hope we will be able to return in the near future. Thank you! L & K

Comfortable stay and accommodating for people with allergies! A good amount of kitchen essentials to make food at home!

The apartment was just as pictured. It was spacious, close to everything and very quiet. We had a great stay and definitely will book it again.

Staying here was truly a pleasure! The Airbnb is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything nearby. What made the experience even better was how warm, helpful, and approachable the hosts were. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, which made me feel right at home. I genuinely appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

We were here due to a sudden death in the family. We booked it on the way and it was exactly as she described. Beautiful and peaceful location. It is a very nice place. We hope to visit again under happier circumstances. We do recommend her place.

Amy’s place was just what we were hoping it would be for a place to stay during a two day ski trip to Beech Mountain. Listing was just as described. Amy very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at Jodi’s for the long weekend and absolutely enjoyed the space. From the beautiful pottery (created by Jodi herself!) to the full kitchen, TV, separate bedroom space, and how incredibly *clean* everything was—this was, hands down, one of our favorite AirBnB stays. The neighborhood is peaceful and not too far from the city center by driving. I highly recommend staying here, we hope to again the next time we’re in Charlotte!

Have been here with my girlfriend for her birthday. We had a wonderful stay. Its a nice peaceful place.

Mark’s place was very nice and clean. It was very accessible to the Fillmore, NODA, and everywhere else we visited. I loved the bathroom and the kitchen. My only suggestion would be for each unit to have parking closest to their unit. We noticed after our first night that the other unit who had driveway access chose to park on the street because it was closer. We ended up parking further, and no one used the driveway.

We stayed for a weekend & really enjoyed our stay . Host was very good on communication & his place was beautiful . I’d definitely book again

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is one of our favorite places to stay when it is the 2 of us!! Only thing I would change is having coffee,tea, little shampoo/conditioner basket welcome basket available upon arrival. Just makes life so much easier especially if you get in later and don't realize that is not provided. Just a thought for the price of rental. Again not complaining it would just be a nice little thought.

Absolutely perfect spot for a ski getaway. We had a blast at Beech Mtn and loved being able to snuggle up next to a real fire after a wonderful day of skiing

We really enjoyed our stay. The boys were out skiing almost every moment, and I was able to ski for a few hours and then come back and work in peace and quiet with a n ice view of the mountains. The place was comfortable and cozy and it was easy to get to both Beech Mt and Sugar Mt ski resorts.

Beautiful place to stay- the host thought of everything! We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and really appreciated there was a fenced area for our dog. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect location near all the attractions in Uptown while still being easy to get to. Provided parking is a game changer in the area and you really get a feel for what it's like living as a local in Charlotte with the charm of the city without the generic feel of a hotel room. Clifford was responsive within minutes to any questions and when our travel dates changed was quickly able to help us adjust our reservation.

The condo was the perfect base for our family's weekend in the mountains. It's is walking distance to the sledding hill, in the next building to the pool/hot tub, and there's a smaller hill for sledding right outside. Do take the instructions about snow chains seriously; the last half mile of the drive was very icy when we were there.

Denise was very responsive. Her place was spotless. Thank you for being a great host!
