We had a fantastic stay at this property! The interior is brand new and beautifully set up. The kids absolutely loved the game console and our nightly movie sessions — such a treat! The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, all spotlessly clean. My personal favorite was the laundry room — brand new, clean, and stocked with plenty of beach towels, which came in really handy. The outdoor decking area and the spa were a big hit with the kids as well. The location is perfect — quiet yet convenient. Just a three-minute walk to the beach playground, and only a five-minute drive to the town center and main attractions. The kids said it was the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed in. We’d love to come back again!

Staying at Rustic Waters was lovely. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean especially with the wood fire going. Brad & Laurel were always available to answer our questions if we needed them. I highly recommend staying here with the lovely views.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute and sensitively restored historic cottage. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops.

Cute little cottage that was an easy walk into town. Comfortable bed, generous sized bathroom with great water pressure! Appreciated the crumpets left for breakfast. We were in Portland on Good Friday so unfortunately a lot of things were closed but we did find a nice wine bar for a simple dinner.

The Emma’s house location is perfect. Nice ocean view, quiet and easily accessible. Emma was also very helpful to help us when we had an internet connection issue. She managed to fix it efficiently. Great host.

It was a pleasure to stay here, as a peaceful family holiday break. Highly enjoyed staying here, by the sea and close to interesting areas to explore. The beach was only a few minutes walk, with a seaside Cafe! Happy to recommend and would stay again, thank you Emily
