A delightful apartment in an idyllic village . We were guests in Schmallenberg in the apartment of Fam. Kölbel . The apartment corresponds 100% to the pictures shown. Super easy check in/out. Arriving at the apartment, we immediately felt at home. Everything is super clean and the apartment is great, enough space for 6 people . The bathroom and beds are a dream💯. Fam. Kölbel is super friendly and helpful . In the village you will find everything you need , a small but fine EDEKA (Aunt Emma) a drinks market, a pastry shop and some beautiful restaurants. The apartment has always been a great starting point for our excursions. We thank Fam. Kölbel and are already looking forward to next winter in Schmallenberg.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back out.

The apartment is invitingly furnished and aptly described in the advertisement. We felt very comfortable for a short vacation. Access via key box is easy and the house was quiet. Despite the main street next to the apartment, it is quiet with closed windows. In particular, the bedroom is quiet, quiet, with very comfortable beds. We have often used the lake directly opposite as a short lap, but longer hikes in beautiful nature are also possible directly from the apartment. Otherwise, there are some activities or hiking opportunities in Winterberg itself. We recommend the place to everyone:)

I had a very good time to regenerate and recover from my knee surgery. Very friendly and helpful in every situation and yet reserved. Really good👍

We enjoyed the tranquility and space that the stay offered us. With 2 small kids, it is very nice to stay here. We didn't feel burdened that they were up early or making noise. There was everything available for the children such as a cot, toys and stuff for the baby. The apartment was very clean and tidy and has lovely beds! In the spring or summer, this place and surroundings should be great too!

Great atmosphere on the Rhine, many excursion options, we are by ferry to Rüdesheim with a very nice old town. On the Binger Rhine bank, many small bars and bistros. Arrival by train, the apartment is about 8 minutes walk from the train station. Edeka and beverage market nearby. The apartment is very quiet and very clean. We highly recommend the apartment.

Our third visit here and we will always come back, it’s a lovely place with walking nearby and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It’s a very quiet village but there’s a supermarket just a few minutes walk away and restaurants in neighbouring towns, all a very short drive. There’s even a vending machine selling sausages down the road a little!

We had a lovely stay at Stephanie's place over the Christmas holidays. Lovely, peaceful views of the Biggesee and well equipped with everything you could need. Would recommend and stay again!

Even during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and instructed in the special features of the locations (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also accommodated our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very enjoyable and can definitely be recommended.

In the hottest week of the year this place was a hit for us. We fully tasted the great swimming pond. Our two boys have liked the family atmosphere so much that they want to come back next year.

The start was a bit tedious, with Melanie we had agreed an arrival time 3-4pm, as she was on vacation, a deputy was organized. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding there, the key was deposited in the key safe, but we had not received a code. On site, we waited for 2 hours without a response from the deputy / as well as Melanie . In the meantime, Airbnb support was contacted and a replacement hotel booked. Shortly before the waiting time set by the support service expired, the deputy came back and we were able to enter the apartment... PHUU... so support contacted and replacement hotel canceled. NEVERTHELESS: We now also want to write about our positives, because in addition to our miserable check IN, the apartment was in PERFECT condition. A FEEL-GOOD OASIS when entering the garden and the possibilities that can be used on the terrain are simply great! We would love to come back

I was booking for my work colleagues for long periods and they all were very happy for the stay. The cooperation with Irmgard was perfect.

This place was great, it was in a quiet location, had a parking space, there was an aldi or lidl near by, the place was fully equipped with everything, kitchen, fridge, dishes etc.

We stayed here for a longer period of time and our stay was perfect! The space is definitely big enough for 2 people to live together. Bathroom and shower are very nice and the kitchen is also very nice. Really everything is present in this apartment. Mario was also a very nice host and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and quiet stay over the turn of the year. Very clean, tidy and modern furnished apartment, very dear and very helpful hosts! It had everything you could ask for and especially the kitchen was very well equipped. We did not find only the DVD player to the many existing DVDs, but that may also be due to us. 🙈 Thank you again to you both and maybe see you soon again. ☺️👋🏼

Nice clean place to stay. Silvia and Bernd are very friendly and accommodating. Communication went very well. The train station is a few minutes' walk away. You don't hear trains, it's pleasantly quiet. We had another wine tasting at the two of us. We felt very comfortable.
