Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Herne Bay

A really lovely property in a great location. Would recommend for families/groups of friends. Really good space both indoors and out (even though we didn't use the outdoor space because of time of year). Shaa was also very prompt in communication.

I stayed at the quirky fisherman’s cottage last weekend and I was very impressed by how clean, tastefully decorated and excellently located it was for a weekend away. The moment we stepped in it felt like a home from home. We were positively surprised by the generous and delicious locally sourced welcome hamper. We had no trouble parking and found a space a few doors down. All the rooms are very spacious and the dining room is bigger than it appears online. The location is great, just tucked behind the high street we were walking distance from everything. Great restaurants, pubs and the beach just minutes from the cottage (I suggest samphire for a world class dinner.) I left my Bluetooth speaker and Tim the host, kindly sent it by recorded post to my address in London. I can’t tell you how special Whitstable is and the cottage made all the difference. We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home in Margate. Loved the decor and all of the beautiful touches around the house - and especially loved the sauna and bath under the stars. A very lovely place to stay xx

We absolutely loved our stay here - it was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and a charming space with an added bonus of a play/activity space on the third floor which was a godsend for our young kids. We know the Wye area well with family in the village, and this house couldn't be more conveniently located to explore a beautiful town & area.

What a lovely place: clean, spacious and equipped with everything you'd need for a restful and enjoyable stay. Lots of thought has gone into leaving you helpful amenities from the get-go (including bits, pieces and dishes for pets). Incidentally, my two non-humans enjoyed their time there, especially a lovely bit of garden outside. James, the host, was very helpful, communicative and kind. I heartily recommend a stay at 9 Claremont Mews.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Whitstable! The location couldn't have been more perfect – less than a minute from the high street, and with everything we needed within walking distance. It made exploring this charming town so easy and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully set up. We didn’t need to contact the owners at all because everything was so straightforward and well-prepared. They even left a lovely selection of teas, coffee, snacks, and water for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly welcome. My wife and kids absolutely loved it here, and we all felt at home from the moment we walked in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again – highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Whitstable!

We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. What a lovely flat! A truly unique space with all the amenities needed, very close to the old town. The living room is very spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom was perfectly cozy. Would absolutely book again!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful penthouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring Margate so easy. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and filled with thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special. The facilities were fantastic and really easy to use. I especially appreciated the fridge and washing machine, which worked perfectly and made my stay super convenient. But the real highlight for me was the entertainment setup—the TV with Netflix was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The cozy bedding, soft bathrobes, and even the mood lighting made it feel like a luxury retreat. Lisa is a great host, and I’ll definitely be staying again soon. I’ll also be recommending this place to friends and family. The secure gated parking and well-equipped kitchen were added bonuses. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

Andrew and Sara’s apartment was perfect for our family Christmas in St Margaret’s, which we already know very well. Perfectly situated for exploring St Margaret’s, Kingsdown and Deal, with beautiful views down to the English Channel, it offered everything we needed for our little family. Nothing was too much to ask for, and their breakfast hamper with fresh eggs and homemade muesli was a lovely touch.

Cosy modern and homely right on the coastal walking path. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Nic is a great host, left excellent instructions, is friendly and shared her beautifully decorated space with us.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location in Ramsgate with a superb sea view. We stayed in January and the accommodation was very comfortable and warm with a super comfy bed. This is great place to stay as it's central but pretty quiet. There's everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen and David was a great host and communicated very well with us. We parked around the corner for free and walked everywhere. Strongly recommend a visit to the Ramsgate Tunnels which are almost right opposite the apartment. We wanted a warm comfortable place to explore the coast area around Ramsgate and David's apartment was ideal.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

We had a fantastic stay at Karim's place! The location on Broadstairs High Street was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the train station. The space was clean and well-equipped, with an infant cot and high chair provided, which made traveling with our baby so much easier. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Janey’s place is an absolute diamond! It has everything you could need, feels so homely, super comfy beds and a fabulous location. An absolute gem, we’ll definitely visit again. Deal is such a beautiful town, with so much history and the wider area is beautiful and so much to explore.

The apartment is fantastic- very well equipped, spacious rooms and lovely kitchen and bathroom. There are a lot of stairs but this was flagged so was expected. The beds were comfortable and at a different time of year (we went in January) the terrace would have been a great bonus. It was very welcoming and looked just like the photos. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family living a couple of streets away and it is great for proximity to a beach and the centre of town was easily walkable. Parking was fine on the street, and the apartment block itself is smart and well maintained. We had a great stay and the hosts were helpful, providing excellent information. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay here again.
