Beautiful home

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and pretty private. It had everything we needed. Road getting to the house was a bit rough but was overall a perfect place for us! I would definitely rent it again.

Haitham is a super host in every way imaginable. His response time to issues was within min. His home has a great feel to it. Whether you are staying for a weekend or for a few months like I did, you will feel right at home. Everything is new and updated and it was so enjoyable to stay in this home. Can’t say enough about my experience. I highly recommend this house and this host to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Marlaine was a fabulous host was always available the place is immaculate and very peaceful. Is only 10 minutes away from Crystal River and all there wonderful places to eat and have a cocktail on Kings Bay. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area, plenty to do and also see a manatee or two. Great Place

The amenities at Matt’s really standout. The pier through the wetlands down to the dock on the lake are fantastic. If it hadn’t been so cold (January) we would have loved to take the kayaks out. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and relax on a chilly night. One of my favorite things about Matt’s is that it’s uniquely decorated and looks like a real home and not some cookie cutter “managed property” that’s just millennial grey and minimal decor. I love the local maps on the walls and the accents that made it feel very local and homey. On that note, while we loved the beautiful wind chimes, we did have a hard time at night falling asleep since it was so windy and the chimes are quite loud, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper bring some ear plugs. That said, the chimes were a really nice touch throughout the day because it was so unique and added to the ambiance. Also, Matt was super attentive and provided so much info upfront that was helpful.

Great location for a family visit to Homosassa

The house was beautiful and clean! Had everything we would have needed IF we opted to cook… which we did not! The beds were so comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Andrew’s place was super cute! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and had all the products you might need to begin your stay. Especially loved the Nespresso machine! Bed was comfy. Super close to everything in downtown Ocala. A must stay!

We had such a peaceful and wonderful stay at Kate and John's Airbnb! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Kate and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their sweet dog, Spike, was a delightful bonus! The space was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bed was super comfortable. Evenings spent in the hot tub were the perfect way to unwind. Kate and John also provided great recommendations for local grocery stores and beautiful parks for walking, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

This was just what we needed for a quick night stay with our young family. Our host directed us to a nearby park for our little ones to burn off some energy after a long day in the car, very helpful and responsive.

Our stay in the condo was so wonderful and peaceful. We enjoyed the view of the river and the close accessibility to the Rainbow River a few miles away. We look forward to a future stay for more adventures in the local area!!

I loved Andrew's place!! It was so beautiful, quaint, quiet and clean. I loved it. There was a concern about the lock and he was very responsive, sending his dad to assist, who was the nicest man. Just FYI, keep the inside "lock" at a horizontal position, otherwise it disengages the locking system. All locks are not the same, and I didn't know about this one. Just helpful info so you don't do what I did. Other than my mistake, this place was so wonderful. I was able to walk to Walgreens, and to the festival and weekly flea market on Saturday. I'm looking to move to Florida, which was why I was there. I would stay there again during my search!

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

Tina and Randall were amazing hosts! We enjoyed our stay and they made us feel welcome and right at home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all.

The accommodations were really great for my holiday weekend stay! We used the lovely firepit -swing area every day. Bobby was responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee overlooking the mist rising off the water in the morning was just so beautiful. The river is amazing… the hawks, ibis, anhinga, herons, and so many other birds were so cool to hear, and watch!

Awesome place to take a weekend and relax. Pictures do not do it justice - looks even better in person. Loved spending the weekend kayaking. Would stay here again when we take a long weekend out of town.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, just perfect for a short respite from life. My 17 year old and I got to spend some quality time together, something we don’t get to do often with so many distractions. The cabin had most of what we needed and anything else was available at the Dollar General store just 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely place to stay. There were some comforts/amenities that are rare to find like the ability to do laundry, access to detergent as well as showering amenities like shampoo, etc. We also had access to a golf cart and trailer for paddle boards, kayaks, tubes, the works. The community park with launching and swimming access was just 0.3 miles away. You could walk it in 8 minutes if you didn’t want to use the golf cart. This was a HUGE bonus since we had a rental car that wouldn’t fit any of the water toys. There were a couple times that we were given the wrong codes for accessing the house key and golf cart key but Leslie was quick to get back to me with the correct codes. Her responsiveness was a lifesaver. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a refrigerator this clean! As for the broader area, the Rainbow Springs State Park is only a 5 minute drive and costs only $5 for access. Well worth going. Wish there was a bike rental business in town-great trails! Visit!!!

Thai was perfect stay for my friend and our two boys. It was large enough for us, comfortable and clean. They enjoyed fishing from dock but most importantly was the convenience to river and springs.. We could bring our kayaks or rent them. We could put in at cabin (which makes for a nice paddle) or the down rd at boat ramp with easy access to seven sisters springs and the “crack”. The fishing was excellent in river and scenery was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was perfect! Loved that we were welcomed with my fur baby and that there was a full kitchen. Adored the home and the property as it was all beautiful and peaceful. Kevin is very kind and helpful and we hope to return again!
