Nice view right on the beach

The apartment is very nice and comfortable (as seen in the photos) and is also very spacious, quite large and with a lot of privacy for an apartment building. In addition, it is impeccable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay: we feel at home at all times. Access was so easy. The place is beautiful, the pool area is large and you can see that it is given proper maintenance, as it is kept clean and in excellent condition. Direct beach access from the pool is great. Pamela and Sergio are excellent hosts, always attentive to any questions, we wanted to stay one more night and they helped us at all times. It is advisable to arrive with all the purchases made so you don't have to leave the place, however if you need to go out Herradura is 15-20 minutes away and there you have supermarkets, restaurants and everything you may need. Super recommended, a place I would definitely come back to as many times as I can.

This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building is well managed and has a lovely pool and beach access. We would stay again for sure. One minor irritation was regular loud music coming from the Best Western nextdoor; however they kept it quiet before 10 am and after 10 pm. It wasn't a problem for us but may bother some.

The condo was a great location with a shopping center and restaurants right across the highway. We loved watching sunsets from the 5th floor. Some macaws were feeding on the trees below the condo. We did struggle to find the location when we first arrived since there were only Wave coordinates and our signal dropped off. Costa Rica was beautiful and did not disappoint!

Jaco itself can be a pretty crazy party town. Jeans place at Pacific Point was a place of sanctuary from the wild parties. The pool overlooking the ocean and the sunset overlook on the roof were major highlights. I think the best aspect though was the balcony itself. Being able to sit and watch and hear the ocean was a huge bonus. The soda next door Jacomar was absolutely excellent a must visit for a cheap (3,000 crc) breakfast. At no point did I feel unsafe or unwelcome. 10/10 would stay again.

Maria responds quickly, she's kind, she's an excellent host. The place is very nice, clean, in an excellent location, the security staff is very friendly too. The atmosphere is familiar and calm. I would definitely come back.

Rosana Gary's place in Playa Pita is really special - an immaculately maintained large and beautiful house 5 minutes from a wonderful beach; a trail into the rain forest is steps from driveway. It's maybe ten minutes walk to very good restaurants. Carara National Park is a 5-10 minute drive; the Crocodile Bridge is ~ 5 minutes farther. The small pool on the porch was great for cooling off in the afternoon. To see everything in the area, you probably want a car. We didn't have a car and instead relied on Manuel, Rosana and Gary's driver, to take us around. We can't say enough about how helpful Manuel was. Rosana and Gary were both quick to communicate, answering all our questions. Again, this is a wonderful place to stay. I quit counting the number of scarlet macaws we saw after getting to 35. A tip, first listen for their chattering ~ 5 - 10 meters up.

We absolutely loved our vacation in Playa Hermosa. The house is perfectly located, spacious, and clean. It looks even better in person than in the photos. The hosts were very responsive when we encountered an issue (small water leak) and did a great job maintaining the property while we were there. We also highly recommend trying the in-house chef experience, it was fantastic! The only small drawback was the dishwasher, which didn’t wash, and the toaster, which had a habit of over-toasting everything, and one AC that had difficulties. The house could use a little touch-up maintenance to make the experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

Incredible views, clean space with housekeeper that comes nearly daily, beautiful pool, fun games and activities at the house great for families. We rented a vehicle from Gary and they arranged pickup from the airport, which was so welcome and easy. There's one restaurant in walking distance but mostly the immediate area is residential with local visitors to the beach especially on weekends. There's a great grocery store and other restaurants within 10 min drive. Our family had a wonderful stay! Wish we were still there ❤️

We stay at a lot of extended stays at AIRBNBs around the world, but this has been by far our best experience. We came for the entire month of January to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary on a beach in Costa Rica and fortuanately found this place. It was exactly as described and then some. We had no car so Spencer arranged a shuttle from the San Jose Airport and then we walked to get around Jaco. The location of the place is perfect: a secure, gated abode 2 minutes from the beach. It is a 20 minute beach walk to the Jaco strip where anything can be found. There is the best vegetable and fruit store a ten minute walk with great prices and accepting credit cards with English speaking employees. The location of the AIRBNB is on the quiet south part of the Beach where the riptide is not so bad and the surfing is great. Recommend renting a board from the South Beach Hotel left on the beach: $15 per day and umbrellas with 2 chairs for 20. We will be back.

The stay was great, everything was the way we wanted it. The area is very nice, and the house spacious and clean. Communication with the owners was excellent, they were very attentive from the first minute. We would definitely return.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Amazing location! I don't recall the name of the Italian restaurante across the street but I highly recommend it. The beach was a few minutes walk away and one of the best ones we've seen here. Will absolutely stay there again.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at this Airbnb. We visited Jaco Beach for 4 days and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The hosts provided top-notch support throughout our stay, always responsive and proactive with any updates or notifications. The unit itself was immaculate and well-equipped, making it an ideal home away from home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay, including a great setup for remote work, if necessary. The unit was immaculate and very clean, providing all the essentials and more. One of the standout features was the unobstructed view which was perfect and added a great place for relaxation. We felt completely safe and secure in the environment, which is crucial for such a stay. The location was another major plus. It was quiet, yet centrally located, making it easy to get around the Jaco Beach area, without a car. Beautiful place! Both the condo which is very beautiful, very pleasant with its terrace as the beach which is extraordinary! This is a building that has great security. Caretakers monitor those who come in & out. There are strict guidelines at the pool but we had no inconvenience with that. The condo was not ready for the indicated time, but it is possible that there was a delay, and there are not enough utensils for the required number of people but that wouldn't stop me from coming back. A place that I would highly recommend!

Excellent spot in Jacó with direct access to pool and beach, as well as to resort next to the condo building. Nice terrace to enjoy the sun and the sunsets. The condo is spacious, neat and clean. I would love to stay there again

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

Our stay at Bahia Encantada was amazing. The complex is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and the pools are great. There is easy access to the black sand beach. Town is a short walk away with great restaurants and coffee shops. Michelle was awesome to deal with. We had a rental car and parking was easy. The front gate staff are super friendly and helpful. We drove to Manuel Antonio Park and did a couple of local day trips. All in all a great place to spend some time.

Beautiful condo …. We loved sitting on the patio watching the birds fly around , beautiful view on the water / beach . Very peaceful/ relaxing . Easy walk to the beautiful beach . Already looking forward to booking again.
