Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Herlev

We were a couple of grandparents with daughter + family visiting Copenhagen and enjoyed the good space in Sofie's house. We also used the house as a starting point for different family visits and it worked fine.

We stayed during the summer vacation and it was great. The outside area is spacious and inside well maintained. Really good and easy communication.

A house super summerhouse that is well-suited for families with children. Lots of games and play clothes outside and inside. We really enjoyed Jesper's summerhouse and he was easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved Ivan's house with his loving cat. The house is clean and comfortable. It was very comfortable to live with children as there are a lot of children's toys in the house. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Iann is always in touch and ready to help answer any questions. We are very satisfied and recommend using Iann's house.

Awesome place of you want to explore Copenhagen with children. There is a metro at about 5 minutes walk which takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. The house is like a children's paradise loaded with toys and board games to play with. Also the garden is great for children. There is a trampoline, lots a balls to play football with, table tennis and even a little wooden castle for the kids to play in. Ronya the cat is very nice to children. Our children loved to play and pet her. We went a lot to the city to see all its beautiful buildings, architecture and activities. We recommend to visit Tivoli, Rosenburg castle with its crown jewels, the botanical gardens, Nyhavn, the round tower, the little mermaid, museum of illusions (great for kids). We stayed for a week at Samantha's house. If you have a similar amount of time and want to explore the city we recommend to buy the Copenhagen card as well. If we visit Copenhagen another time we would definitely like to stay here once more

Mathilde's farm was so lovely and peaceful. Just 45 minutes from Copenhagen, it was exactly what we were looking for, a refuge. Markets are so close-5-10 minutes. Beaches 10-15 minutes. Larger cities were 30. We loved the location, the hygge of the farm, and the property. Mathilde, despite being a full time mom, and a full time doctor with rigorous hours, was nothing but kind and patient with us when we had any questions. Very informative, very sweet and thoughtful. She is an excellent host and kind person. There were potatoes in the garden for us to use, apple trees full of apples, a fun trampoline, and beautiful scenery all around, not to mention the stunning the night sky in the evenings. We highly recommend this beautiful property and Mathilde. If you are looking for a sanctuary, a home base while traveling to the busy areas, this is for you.

The children were able to play with a lot of play equipment and toys in the garden, and we had a fun and relaxing stay.It was a cozy and wonderful house. Access to the bus stop was also good, and it was very convenient to get to the center. Thank you so much!

Simon's place was perfect for our trip to Copenhagen. The location was extremely close to the Metro, lots of restaurants, and some great parks for kids. It was very walkable but not too noisy. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. Simon was very communicative and flexible with check-in, and Frederiksberg was a wonderful neighborhood to stay with my friends and their young son. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice place to stay. It was very convenient that the property was within walking distance of the airport. Public transport and shopping are also quickly reached. The communication went smoothly. We lacked nothing.

Pros: This apartment is small but in a lovely 1890s? building with a great courtyard. The location is one stop away from the central train station, Tivoli, & several museums. I loved that my teenagers got a chance to see & appreciate how a Danish family truly loves in the city. Though small to us, there was a space for everyone to go to get away from each other if need be. Full kitchen & fridge for a quick meal or sandwiches to go. Lovely balcony to enjoy the long evenings & a great neighborhood to explore. We all felt safe & had a wonderful time. Know upfront: The bathroom is a long galley style wet room. The shower, sink, & toilet are all together. Due to the age of the building, bathrooms are a bit tricky to modernize so… the shower is the first space you see when you enter the room. Once all the showers are finished, you have to squeeze to floor, WELL, so it can dry before people need the room again. Jeppe does not add a cleaning fee but he asks you to clean before you leave.

Stroll past a Danish/Japanese bakery, along the gorgeous harbor, and across a sleek pedestrian bridge and find yourself right in the center of Copenhagen. Excellent location for this inviting apartment in a very nice building with a balcony overlooking a big interior courtyard. Just a few steps from cafes, bar and pizza spots. Supermarket just downstairs as well. Great place to stay with kids!

Julie's a lot of host. She was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is very nice, just as you can see in the photos, and is in a very quiet area and very well connected to the center (you arrive in 10, 15 minutes). If you go with kids it's a wonderful option because there is a room full of toys and books available! As points to improve I would say that the apartment could be a little cleaner, you could see that the cleanliness was only superficial. Also there is no space to store your clothes, just some perchas outside a closet, so we had to have our bags and all our stuff around the living room all week.

The accommodation was quite clean and good. Tor is a very nice host and answered us very quickly. The location was good. We really enjoyed our stay .

Had a nice stay for two nights at Brabo's place. Located in a residential area and about a 15min walk from the center of Landskrona. Easy to park right in front. The apartment is as described but on the small side so best suited for shorter stays and 2 people. Very clean and comfortable bed. Had a great stay!

One of our best AirBnB stays ever. Christina was a SUBERB host — kind, responsive, helpful, a wealth of local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment was delightful. GREAT location — around the corner from Torvehallerne, walkable to the entire city, and right at the Nørreport station for the best possible accessibility to transit. (Direct trains to airport, Malmö, and really everywhere else you’d want to go.) Even though it’s central, it’s remarkably quiet because it faces out onto two courtyards rather than a street. Plus, the apartment is decorated with great style — eclectic, idiosyncratic, beautiful, artistic. And it was spotless. And the beds and pillows were great. And there's great natural light. l could go on, but I’m running out of characters. Side note -- the upstairs bedroom was just about the perfect room for our 20-year-old daughter. Private, great views, great light. Just perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. No notes.

Julie was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for our stay as a family. The location is very close to local restaurants, shops and easy access to the Metro and Trains. We also loved how many local parks and green spaces there are as well as kid playparks. Excellent hospitality and was very good at recommending places to go. Highly recommend.

This is the place to stay in Copenhagen, especially during summer. The apartment is beautiful and the terrace with direct water view and access is amazing. We stayed for a month with our 1.5 year old and he loved all the amazing toys. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Marie’s place. Location could not be better, with a beautiful park directly across the street and plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance. We managed to walk to most places but anywhere which was a bit out of the way, was easily accessible from Norreport Metro Station, just across the park from the apartment. Marie was an incredible host, answered all our questions swiftly and gave us some fantastic recommendations for food. Highly recommended Det lille Apotek for amazing traditional Danish cuisine. We had an incredible stay and hope to return again soon!
