Renate's place was perfect for what I needed. The location is unbeatable - walking distance from everything one might need. The room is cozy and includes entertainment and a corner to work. The showers were great with perfect water pressure. The patio was also nice and felt private. Host Renate was incredibly kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond for her guests and ensures you are comfortable. This was an A+ stay all the way.

I had an absolute pleasure of staying at your place and I must say it's exactly what we needed.... The house itself is beautifully mantained, cozy and comfotable... makes you feel at home. But what truly sets apart is the hospitality we recieved from you and your staff including your son, who was more than welcoming. We were so confotable we thought of externding, as it was difficult to leave. If you want peace and quiet, I highly recommend Lila's place. We will be calling again soon.

Very nice and well-equipped cottage with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Communication was extremely easy with Elmarie. The room is very private, modern & super clean. I love the attention to detail. From the scatter cushions, to the hand wash & hand cream. The honesty bar was an absolute bonus. The room is also very spacious. Very close to nice restaurants as well. We will def be back!

The cottage was thoughtfully provisioned with everything I needed to feel comfortable during the few weeks I stayed at Jane's place. Having a washing machine and work desk was a huge bonus! The surroundings are lush with beautiful trees and no shortage of singing birds. It felt peacefully, calming and safe, despite being in Johannesburg. I enjoyed walking through the greenbelt on my way to the nearby shopping centre every few days. Jane was very friendly and did everything she could to help me feel comfortable. The place was cleaned thoroughly each week. Overall, this is one of the best value properties I've stayed at in South Africa. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Janine's. The cottage is perfect, although the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, quiet, comfortable and has all the best amenities needed: great aircon, lovely pool, comfy beds, fantastic shower. We enjoyed our morning coffee outside by the lovely lemon tree. We wanted for nothing as Janine is a fantastic host with great attention to all the little details. We will absolutely be returning here. Thank you Janine x

Ronel takes Super Host to the next level. She is an incredible person that succeeds effortlessly in fulfilling all your needs and expectations and makes you feel like it has been your home forever. She has gone above and beyond in making sure that everything you may need is there, including all the non-standard items. Everything is sparkling clean and as neat as a pin. As there is solar power, loadshedding will not affect your stay. The area is quiet, peaceful and safe. People walking, jogging and cycling is a common sight. It is very central to shops, restaurants etc. There is absolutely not a single negative about the host, accommodation or the location. This will be my first choice in the future. Very highly recommend.

It felt like having my own little magical garden retreat. I even had a friend stop by to see me off to the airport, and she was so impressed that she wanted to stay there herself! Jolandi’s accommodation is really a one of a kind find. We had the most wonderful stay. It is beautifully clean and luxurious with lots of space and a stunning little private garden. We will certainly be staying there every time we visit JHB. Jolandi really thought of everything to make our stay so enjoyable. This place comes highly recommended!

When I was moving back to Johannesburg, the first place that crossed my mind was Francis's place. You will sleep to the sound of rhythmic frogs and wake up to the chirping of birds. I am grateful for my soft landing. Francis is a kind powerhouse and it is such an honour to have her as a friend. 15 Northwold is a anthropology witches den indeed :-)

Christina was an amazing host, I was mostly impressed with how she continuously checked in with us to make sure all was good. Especially happy about how the sudden loadshedding didn't affect us in any way. Loved her place. Very beautiful, very quiet and just overall relaxing

This place looked like the pictures, the hosts were extremely welcoming and constantly communicating and respknding, very home like and ubjntu..i will definetly go back it was very peaceful and access to the pool and garden was great and private. Very very great hosts

Annie and her beautiful Airbnb deserve all of the glowing reviews! We spent a wonderful weekend there. Annie was very responsive to all questions and requests and really spoilt us with all of the added extras in the apartment. We appreciated the fresh fruit, milk, yoghurts and other treats! We would definitely come again!

Had amazing stay with my girlfriend for a night. Super friendly and kind people and definitely worth the experience. The place was super clean and well organised and they were generous enough to have extra amenities as well inside the place. We definitely consider this as a go to place for future, a home from home 😌
