Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 6mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year.

The newly renovated 2 BR farmhouse sleeps 4-5 people. You'll have access to the grounds, including 1000 ft of frontage on the Tooky River (great for swimming, kayaking and fishing). Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. No wifi. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

New for 2024 Located at Keyser Pond Campground. Must be 21+ to rent Cabin has 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds in the loft, and a twin pull out couch. Bedding and towels provided Summer - Come glamp with us! Saturday's we have activities for all ages. And a pond for fishing, boating or swimming Winter - Snowmobile trails across the street. Skiing, snowboarding and tubing at Pat's Peak is 5 miles away. NO SMOKING permitted in the cabin. Any violation of this is subject to a violation fee.
