Host was very friendly and very helpful with instructions and showing us everything. He even gave us the option of picking 1 of 2 different rooms too. The rooms were very nice and clean, and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view...especially when it snowed! Loved the two balconies. Effortless check in and detailed instructions. Very clean and neat. So cozy and spacious. Hosts thought of every detail in stocking this place and are so nice. Looking forward to returning!

Perfect stay for our family vacation! Everything we needed and more for us, we felt right at home! Nothing was too much trouble if I ever had any questions for Raul! The location was great, as it was within walking distance of the children’s playground as well as a short drive to all the shops and restaurants. It was also a great central location for us to do everything we wanted throughout our trip and will definitely be coming back in the future!

Neda’s home was perfect! From booking to checkout she was immediately responsive to our needs. She was helpful in making recommendations for places to eat. The area of the home is a residential neighborhood, all homes are well kept, extremely safe and quiet. Everything is close by. My teenage daughter felt safe going for a run by herself in the area. The house inside was newly renovated and everything was new. All appliances are modern and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and new. The backyard is fenced, private and quiet. There is even an orange tree out back that we took advantage of and even squeezed orange juice for the morning. We all had an amazing relaxing stay. Thank you!!!!

We had a fantastic time here. The backyard is huge, and thoughtful gifts for our holiday stay were on the kitchen table when we arrived. Natasha & Christian were super responsive before and during our stay (not that we tried to bother them, but just when we had a question about the hot tub). The house is located on a quiet, but perfectly located street within easy walking to great spots to eat and shop and with a ton of fun holiday 'outside stuff' and a dope ping pong table & Ms PacMan to play around with. Thank you so much for being such great hosts and for letting us stay in your really great place.

Loved our stay in this home. The bed was very comfortable for us and the kitchen was well-appointed. We had a small family dinner gathering with relatives and everyone was so comfortable! Hosts are very accommodating and are even going to ship my pillow back to me that I accidentally left! We travel to Redlands a few times a year and will definitely be back with our pup.

This is a phenomenal place to stay -- highly recommended! First off it's comfortable and gorgeous in terms of the interior design and the nature filled patios that provide a genuine sense of privacy. The shared pool and hot tub are great! The area is centrally located to everything in Palm Springs and the surrounding region. Ryan and Amelia are the consummate hosts, their thoughtfulness, generosity, warm tone, level of detail, and responsiveness make you feel so taken care of. Can't say enough good things.

We fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in the door. The mid century decor was adorable. Beds and linens were comfy. Lots of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies were there. When we opened the cutlery drawer we were tickled "gold". The views from this second floor unit were of the mountains and palms. Citrus trees were in the Villa. The heated pools were a good temperature, just right. You are a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown. Justin let us know about road blockages near us for NYE and for the Film Festival which was much appreciated. Our time flew by and we wanted to stay but work was calling to us to return.

My wife and I stayed at Tim's condo for the month of February. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made the right choice. The unit was very clean and had some updates which were nice (kitchen/bathroom). It was nicely appointed. The patio is amazing! The views are breathtaking. Barry Manilow's house is just a few thousand feet away on the hill and we enjoyed waiving to him every morning. We can't say he waived back but it's cool none the less to stay in a place where that guy is your neighbor. The grounds are amazing. The pools and spas are nice. We used the pickleball courts often. The people in the complex were very pleasant. You're only a five minute drive to downtown but it's very peaceful here. When we had any needs, Tim was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We'd highly recommend this place.

I had a fantastic 11 day stay at Bram's place. It was exactly as described and photographed, bright, fresh, and fun decor, everything worked perfectly, check-in was a breeze, parking was easy to access, spotless, lots of kitchen utensils, fixins, and so forth, microwave and stove worked well, washer/dryer was easy and all soaps, cleaners, etc. on hand, vaccuum, etc. Everything was new or almost new, nothing wearing or worn out. Nice towels, bed comfy. Close to main Palm Springs shopping area, restaurants, etc. Quiet. Private. I didn't use the pool, the weather was too cool, I was too busy, but it looked nice. I would be pleased to return. Bram was easy to reach, proactive, helpful, organized, and had everything ready for me. The cost was very reasonable considering the value and great experience. This is a really nice confortable and pleasant place to have a week+ visit to Palm Springs and all the area has to offer. I hope to return. Thank you, Bram.

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

The Racquet Club was an ideal base for us while attending the Palm Springs International Film Festival. The place was just as described — and pictured. It is light-filled and airy with all the equipment and amenities you might need. We appreciated the two lovely outdoor spaces for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Apryl responded almost immediately when we had an issue with the TV remote, which turned out to be operator error. That was amazing! I highly recommend this place if you’re headed to the desert. You will be 10 minutes away from great restaurants, golf courses, movie theatres, shopping, and other downtown activities. All sorts of hiking and biking opportunities are close by too. Great stay!

We loved our stay at Tim's place - the condo community is surprisingly quiet, making pool and sleep time a wonderfully relaxing experience. The condo is well-stocked, easy to find, and centrally located to all the fabulous Palm Springs activities!
