Everything exactly as described. A cozy home with beautiful relaxing character! Only the mattress should be a little harder for my personal taste and possibly 1 pillow more or a slightly larger one. But it's complaining to a high standard! Tip-top accommodation. Will certainly be booked again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

What a lovely cottage! Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. We were away with 6 friends in Haarle for a weekend and enjoyed the hot tub and the spring sun. There are many different seats outside, always a nice place to find. Definitely recommended!

Pleasant, relaxed welcome by Eric. Stay was completely good; spaces are neat and clean, seat under the tree is wonderful. Good place to relax and explore the surroundings on foot. Convenient that there is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away, with plenty of choice and friendly staff.

We are very pleased to have co-partnered with Gerda & Han. She is a very nice person, always willing to help and stay flexible. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable for up to 6 people. Everything was well organized, including the amenities mentioned in the listing description. We highly recommend this place for both short and long stays in this peaceful area. We had a lot of troubles during our way to accommodate our guys. Nevertheless Gerda & Han were always willing to help, understand and stay flexible, despite the fact, that we caused a lot of inconviniences during our reservation. We highly appereciate it! 😊 Gerda & Han are perfect hosts, we hope that we will be able to visit their property again!

This is such an address that you want to recommend to everyone, and at the same time keep a secret to be able to come back often. Lovely cottage with beautiful outdoor space. Very private the view from the terrace, where it is lovely from early morning to late evening. We enjoyed scrambling chickens,rabbits, cats that, thanks to a low gate, did not come to us on the terrace. The cottage has everything you would want -> we only stayed there one night on our trek, we could have had a good time here for much longer. So we will definitely be back

A very pleasant stay at Jolanda's place. Personal and friendly welcome in a sparkling clean accommodation. Everything has been thought of and nothing is missing. Jolanda responds quickly to messages. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful.

From the beginning to the end of our stay, we felt welcome. We were warmly welcomed and given useful tips. We felt completely at home. The beds are of good quality and the stove provided nice warmth and extra coziness. We will definitely come back.

Had a lovely stay with family in this luxurious home. Everything we needed was present. Quiet area with a hiking area nearby. The owner was very friendly. In half an hour you can drive to the beautiful city of Deventer or Zwolle.

Very positive stay. Space was pleasant, nice bedrooms, beautiful surroundings and host responded quickly. I thought it was strange that afterward, host asked only to write a review when I gave 5 stars and otherwise not write a review. I understand the need for positive reviews, but discouraging the negative reviews doesn't seem to me the right way. However, this did not affect the enjoyable stay.

Spacious accommodation with private parking under carport. Comfortable with amenities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine, a modern bathroom with nice shower and a bedroom with a good bed. On the one hand, close to the park and on the other hand close to supermarket and (good) restaurants. Less suitable if you want to sleep in for a long time because there is an office on the upper floor. Fantastic location for hiking or cycling (we both did) in the spacious area. The Salandse Heuvelrug is beautiful but also Twente and its surroundings are worth exploring.

Unique! Fantastic unobstructed views with lots of privacy. The cottage is comfortable, nice and luxurious. Nice architecture from the area, particularly nicely detailed. We had a nice weekend together with our three adult children. Nearby nice villages, meadow, forests , the Sahara (!), the Holterberg and the Salland ridge. Contact with Jolande was also fine. In short, recommended!
