The apartment is great and the place is quiet, there is a nearby mall that meets all the needs. The host is a friendly and highly responsive manners and seeks the guest's comfort. I will repeat the accommodation for the upcoming visits.

The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ahmed was highly responsive and even went the extra mile by leaving us a thoughtful handwritten note with local recommendations. What a wonderful stay here at Rehab. The apartment is setup in a western style community. Shops with everything you could possibly need is available. Everything was accurate and as advertised. We had a lovely stay with Sakinah Stays. I would highly recommend staying here. We felt very safe as it's within a compound which has 24 hours security at entrance. Clean, tidy, very spacious apartment. Wali was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble.. bless him , he always responded, no matter what time I messaged him. And if he didn't know the answer he would find out and get back to me. Thanks Wali. Would defo stay again.

Honesty Ms Hiba Akram and I am very cooperative, and treats her elegant and very beautiful accommodation without exaggeration, better than 5-star hotels with high-end stages and location. The services are available. Mall, supermarkets, restaurants and sports activities at the best gathering sites. I recommend those looking for calm, beautiful housing and a respectable location suitable for families and individuals. Everything I have seen is luxurious from the other and thanks to Ms. Hiba for her hospitality and cooperation🙏

it was a great stay. the place in a very good secured area with good network of transportation and is very close to the center of Cairo tanking the pros and leaving out the cons. the host, Mohammed is super friendly. helped me with valuable advices to make the most of my stay.

During our recent stay at this property, we were happy with the high standards maintained throughout. The host was exceptionally responsive and provided clear and precise instructions, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The home itself was welcoming, easily accessible, and located in a beautiful, peaceful, and very secure complex. Communication was a standout feature; the host was not only consistently responsive and friendly but also took the initiative to offer valuable local recommendations and provide comprehensive instructions when needed. The property's location is private and quiet. It was close to a masjid / mosque (walkable within 3-5 min), and close to restaurants and good breakfast places. We highly recommend this host and their residence.

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

The accommodation was excellent, and Mrs. Samar was amazing as well. The area is very beautiful, the compound is safe and comfortable, and the villa itself is cozy. Mrs. Samar is very friendly and maintained consistent and easy communication with me. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!
