We have now booked this place for the third time for 4 weeks each and are very satisfied. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location in a quiet part of the city, walking distance to the center. There are many parks, a botanical garden, restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. Christian is a very great host, we have already booked another stay:) Definitely recommended!

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Very nicely furnished and everything you need was there. It is wonderful that the small apartment is very flooded with light, even if the view aif the concrete bunker is not so nice, but it shines in the sun until the evening - sunset included 😊 If you're a little sensitive to noise, keep in mind that you can hear the fridge humming in just one room. Check-in instructions were great, very easy, only the lock tweaked a little... was not so easy to get on. Andreas was very easy and reachable at short notice, thank you, dear Andreas!

The four of us spent a few days in Tom's apartment. It was a wonderful place to feel good - beautifully and functionally furnished, with plenty of space. Via the nearby bus stops very close and (walking distance) "Im Tal" we were able to reach all our destinations very well without a car. Tom himself is an exceptionally thoughtful, gracious, and helpful host. Our conclusion: We'll be more than happy to come back!

The apartment is very clean and is very nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable, you can sleep very well in it. The shower is quite small but has a wonderful rain shower. It was just beautiful! We will be happy to come back!

We are already regular guests and twice a year at Sabine's. She doesn't have any questions, check-in is easy thanks to the lockbox. The apartment itself offers everything you need. We always like to come back and feel very comfortable.

The apartment is ideal for a few nice days in Lübeck. The location is excellent and Lübeck can be explored on foot. It is small and cosy and everything necessary is available. Kirsten is always approachable and very very nice!

We stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks in September and had a nice time there. The apartment is bright and tastefully furnished and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, washing machine and dryer are available in the bathroom, the beds have good mattresses and there are plenty of closets for your own laundry. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet. The harbor by ferry to Kiel is within minutes walking distance. Hiking and cycling tours are possible directly from the property. A highlight is the associated beach chair on the nearby beach. The landlords are very friendly, always easily accessible and very accommodating if you have anything on your mind.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay briefly, but the accommodation has beautified this time. Really great and uncomplicated, we will be happy to come back And what is nowhere you can see the sea from the accommodation! Thank you for uncomplicated and warm contact. A very nice place to stay. We spent an extended weekend with our group of friends and it was really great! We were all very comfortable. Especially the sauna and the hot tub were great. The view was dreamy. Now in winter you have a view of the lake with a beautiful winter landscape. Matthis was very friendly and always available.

We felt very comfortable at the house on the lake. Bernd and Kerstin were very warm and also totally relaxed. The location of the house and also the cozy furnishings have made us feel right at home. We spent quiet, cozy days and are looking forward to coming back in a different season!

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

super house very well located and very gemütliche. we loved our stay and Erik was very responsive and attentive. we highly recommend it.

We recently stayed in house 2 in the old Büdnerei and felt very comfortable there. Jürgen and Ms. Jargstorf are very friendly and helpful hosts, the apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen is super equipped! We particularly enjoyed the sauna on the upper floor. The bedrooms are small, but fine. One is equipped with a 1.60 m wide bed, the other one is 1.40 m wide. The outdoor area is very spacious and you have a great view of the surrounding countryside. There is also a barbecue and a washing machine. A swing and ping-pong table are available for the children. The surroundings are very quiet, the nearest beach is about 3-4 km away, shopping and supermarkets about 8-10 km. We can recommend the cottage at any time.

It was a great stay in a beautiful and modern accommodation. The location is great and close to the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Everything was super clean and well-equipped. Katharina and Martin are great and friendly hosts. We would book the accommodation again and again.

One of the best vacation rentals I've ever been to. Everything was just right here in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities. Super comfortable bed, great big couch, well-equipped kitchen and the location right on the water an absolute dream. Also great restaurants and a bakery very close. We had a great stay in Schwerin. Especially the view of the Ziegelsee was beautiful. Peter was quick to reach and very flexible, so we were very kindly able to get into the place even earlier. :)

Absolutely great, clean apartment in prime location and with great amenities. We were there with our 1.5 year old daughter and the apartment absolutely met our needs. Also the communication was great and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Antonia is a very likeable host with a stylish little place to stay. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Especially the small supermarket "TOP Kauf Schröder" is within walking distance and has everything your heart desires. We felt very comfortable with Antonia. 😊

We spent the turn of the year in Schönhagen with peace and convenience. The apartment is located not far from the beach and is equipped with everything you need. We used the sauna in the basement to ourselves. The place is a good starting point for numerous excursions, especially even in warmer weather by bike. Thanks to Jan for the nice welcome.
