Our Bernstein loft apartment + adjacent Bernstein Cottage were built in 2022 and focus on modern, minimal, clean design. We are aiming to create a relaxing space that let's you unwind the minute you get here. We have put love into detail and hope you will feel only good vibes during your time here. We are aiming to create an "oasis" within the holiday resort area "Bernsteinsee". Bon fires, outdoor adventures, beach days, a space for good times with friends and family - that's what we are about!

The luxuriously equipped cottage (160m²) is located directly at the Elbe-Lübeck Canal with Elbe views. Directly at the house is a swimming possibility or on the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops, and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sunbathers in this place there is something for everyone. A boat can also be rented upon request.

Die Nähe zu zahlreichen Freizeithighlights machen die Lage so besonders, wie der Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, Outletcenter und die Nähe zum Harz und der Küste.

A beautiful playground is a 10-minute walk away. Owner lives in the annex. The house is a wooden rack home so the climate in the house is very relaxing. On your own wooden terrace, breakfast, barbecue, etc. and just enjoy nature. There are many attractions nearby for everyone.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Our spacious, bright 270 sqm farmhouse is well-equipped and has a beautiful garden with roses and lavender. House is right behind a dike. Cycling, walking, paddling right outside the front door. We live right next door and are available.
