Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hedehusene

We loved Helle’s apartment for our week long stay in Copenhagen. It is a super cosy, welcoming apartment with everything you need. It is also excellent location, right next to a train station and bus stop into town as well as a supermarket and a delicious bakery (Ard). Helle was also lovely to communicate with and we hope to be able to stay again. Thanks for a lovely trip!

We had a great time at Asgeir’s house, it was ideal for our family gathering. The house is really spacious and provided everything we needed - even a baby bath and some games for the children! Asgeir was a really responsive and friendly host, even providing a jar of his homemade honey 🙂 the house matched the description and we had no issues at all. Thanks for a great weekend!

Our stay at Dorthe and Peter's was wonderful. The place is much nicer in real life than the pictures. We were very warmly welcomed with a warm fireplace and candles. We always got a quick response to any questions. The kitchen was well equipped, with everything you need . We will be happy to come back in the summer. Thanks for a great stay :)

Janus and Trine were both very friendly and communicated the relevant information in time. The place itself was worth every penny. The garden and living room allowed for activities in bigger groups while there was also lots of space for privacy. I would recommend this place for larger groups, looking for a peaceful place to spend quality time together.

We spent two relaxing weeks in this idyllic cottage! The surroundings are magnificent - surrounded by nature and with a private access to the flat beach that our dog loved. The first week we were able to enjoy the summer: read in the huge garden, relax and soak up the tranquility. In the second week it became autumnal, but just as beautiful. On the rainy days, we made ourselves comfortable inside, with fireplace and plenty of firewood. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The nice neighbors have rounded off the stay. A wonderful place to leave everyday life behind you - we'd love to come back!

If you are a female solo traveler this is a perfect place to stay, very accessible with public transportation and feels safe even early and late in the day. Good and comfortable place for couples as well. Host were flexible and well prepared the accommodation. Good note as well that may not be clear from the photos is that there is a shower. Great place to stay as someone who’s first time it was in Malmö.

Hundested is a great place to holiday - from the house walk in one direction to the lighthouse and beach, the other into town with craft shops and seafood restaurants. Lovely quiet location for this place with private garden and well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a range of furniture for different seating options plus the wilderness bath. We saw deer and bats in the garden! Anders was a very responsive host.

We enjoyed the artwork in the apartment. The hall outside the apartment was well-maintained and the staircase from the lift was easy to climb. We were able to walk to all the places we visited but if you want to use the metro, the ticket machines are easy to use with an English option. If you arrive by metro, try and find the exit with the lift up to Kongens Nytorv; the stairs up to street level are a struggle with luggage. We didn't cook and the mini-market round the corner in Holbergsgade provided for our needs. There is a shallow step in the bathroom which we found a trip hazard. Lene had left a bag of spare towels so we put that on the step as a visual marker. Lene and Henrik's home provides a comfortable stay.

I and 4 of my old school friends had a great stay at Birgitte's. We chose the accommodation for the speaceful location with public transport connection, good distribution of rooms and outdoor facilities and were not disappointed. I definitely recomment it to others! Thank you so much!

Absolutely perfect for a weekend girls trip to Copenhagen!

Our first visit to Sweden was truly unforgettable, and Skanör exceeded all our expectations. The beach and sea were absolutely stunning, especially for us coming from Belgium, and we were touched by the warm hospitality of everyone we met. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kristina's charming cottage. The location is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage was generally clean and tidy. It’s worth noting that guests should bring their own toiletries, such as shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer (something that was not mentioned in the Airbnb description as included or not). The nearby supermarket and shops were very convenient, and Malmö is just a short 30-minute drive away. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to return to your cottage, Kristina. I stayed with Nilla for a month and had a really great time. The lakeside location is unique and there are great ways to walk, especially with a dog. Nilla was always super accessible and also gave me good tips for the area, etc. I would definitely come here again.🫶

Lovely place, nice and quiet, perfect garden so big, great places to sit next to the fire, great sauna. We felt so relaxed!

Very beautiful and large spacious house. Great location to visit, just 15 min walk from train station. Please note that the third bedroom is not a bedroom as such, but a sofa in the hallway! We had not read the listing correctly and had not seen that animals lived under the roofs, being allergic it was not pleasant. But everything else was perfect.

We had a great week here. The house is spectacular with amazing views out to the sea and 30 seconds walk to a lovely beach. Everything was clean and well equipped and we all enjoyed hanging out at the house and relaxing between swims in the sea. Would love to come again.

We recently had the most wonderful summer break staying at this lovely, peaceful cottage in Melby. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt ourselves relax. The cottage is beautifully decorated, kitchen is super well equipped and the beds are very comfortable - easily sleeping our 2 families. Outside, we loved using the pool, snoozing in the hammock and eating on the expansive deck in front of the outdoor fireplace. The cottage is a 10-15min walk to a pretty local beach and a short drive (or bike ride) to the pretty Liseleje Beach. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and plenty to see and do. Christian and Pernille were brilliant hosts - easy to communicate with, always responsive and gave us great tips on what to see and do in the area. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay!

Our stay in the house was extremely fun. There are many employment opportunities, the room layout is great, the kitchen is very well equipped, even for baking everything is there. Modern technical equipment also on TVs, etc. There was nothing to complain about.

Excellent apartment for families. I my wife and 2 children aged 11 and 12 were 5 days in Vibeke's apartment. It is very well connected to the center, both by metro and by water taxi and on foot in 20 minutes. It's very spacious, very clean in a quiet neighborhood and overlooking the marina and canal. We enjoyed it so much and would definitely repeat it.

Fantastic nice and lots of space to hang out on for our family of four generations. Close to Copenhagen City Center by car or public transportation. Can highly recommend a visit here with Lene and Nick as a host couple.

We had a splendid week! Great weather and the children enjoyed the pool. It was hard to get them out of the house :-). House is located near a supermarket and close to cities like Lund and Malmo. Possible to visit them by train as the station is also very near to the house. Great time and we can really recommend staying at Katarina & Pete's house.

A very great place for families and families with small children. Garden and house itself is very big, cozy and clean. Location is also very peaceful. Mikkel and his family were very hospitable, communication was also fast. We had such a nice trip and of course we were lucky with the weather (we were able to enjoy the pool for several days). We are very thankful ☺️
