Luxurious 3 bedroom holiday home

SharonRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We have just arrived home after Staying in fergals beautiful holiday home 21st/28th Dec The house was spotless clean and there was a Christmas tree and decorations all around, a huge bottle of prosecco and some gorgeous biscuits It's such a warm, comfortable house, very peaceful and in a lovely quiet little cul-de-sac, the neighbours were very friendly and helpful too. There is an amazing kitchen with every utensil you could ever think of, 2 beautiful bathrooms, we could not fault anything. If you have children ( we don't) it's perfect, a very safe secure garden and a room off the kitchen with lots and lots of toys and games, A shop that sells everything is a few minutes walk away. There isn't anything to do in the village, but everything is only 30 minutes or less drive away, and omg, there are some absolutely gorgeous places to visit, we looked through all the information left for guests, used our sat nav and was out all day every day We definitely would love to return!!!

Home in Louisburgh

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. The house has everything you could need. The garden gets sunshine all day. The location is perfect - a 5 min walk into town and a 10 min walk down lovely summer lanes to the sea. The main beach is a 10 min cycle and Mark was kind enough to lend his bike. We also used his kayak at old head. Would highly recommend this house and Louisburgh in general.

Stunning views, Perfectly located in the Highlands

SusanRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Fiona's house is really beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The large hall was brilliant for all our walking gear and coats and jackets as there was lots of snow during our stay as was the pulley and clothes horse. The kitchen was really well equipped and given the very cold temperatures the house was really cosy and warm, the fire in the lounge was great. She has even arranged to have the path cleared of snow for us arriving. We had a great stay and was perfect for our group.

We had a fantastic stay here for my mum's 60th birthday. Heather and Colin were very helpful, responsive hosts and couldn't have been more lovely throughout the booking process and during our stay! The house is exactly as described/pictured and has lots of activities fit for all the family. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return again in the future. Thank you! ☺️

John is a wonderful Airbnb host. So helpful and communicative. He met us on arrival and showed us anything we might need. The house is superb, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The view is spectacular! So stunning. We were lucky to have nice fine weather so got the benefit of the sunshine in the afternoon and evening until the fantastic sunset scene. I have run out of superlatives. We stayed 2 nights. Nearby restaurants are aplenty and we went to the Red Door - amazing food - on our first night and Sherpa in Buncrana also great food. We went to Wild Ireland wildlife park which is a really wonderful experience. There’s so much to do in the area. We really hope to come back soon.

Rural cottage, hill and lake views nr Edinburgh

RichardRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What can I say about this cottage? Outstanding, absolutely beautiful it has everything you would ever need. The cottage is very clean and well laid out. Lynda is the best host so responsive at all times and sometimes proactive. We had a power cut after the recent storm, Lynda offered to move me to a hotel or another cottage. I decided to stay and put up with the power outage which was really cosy with candles burning and the log fire lit. The real lovely surprise is when you turn off the road down the track to the cottage and you see the Loch which you cross a causeway to get the cottage, amazing. It’s a place I definitely want to return to return to for a holiday. So thank you for letting me use your amazing place Lynda I hope to stay again 👍

Kitty's Cottage

A wonderful weekend for my family and I. Caitriona and her family couldn’t have been more helpful. We could have chatted to Fionnula for hours as she had so much knowledge of everything around Annagry. Cottage is fully stocked and so cosy and warm. Central location makes it ideal for shops, restaurants and pubs. Home made jams, honey and scones on arrival got the weekend off to a flyer and everything just got better. We’ll definitely be back!

Luxury Cottage with Hot Tub at Claughton Hall

SuzanneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The property was absolutely perfect for our needs as a couple celebrating an anniversary and wanting a bit of a hideaway. The area was quiet and tranquil and there were spectacular views of the Lune Valley from the front of the property. The property itself was spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard and very cosy. The hot tub was set back so as to be private from any passers by (of which there were hardly any due to the property's secluded location). The only intrusion we experienced was from the 2 chickens living in the garden who were very tame and entertained us during our stay pecking on the door and windows now and again for our attention. We wished we'd brought some chicken feed with us! It was really important to follow Sam's detailed instructions and not Google Maps which wanted to take us up the road opposite The Fenwick. This meant we found the property without issue, taking it slow along the sometimes gravelly track in my little Peugeot!

Wren Cottage, lake access, pet-friendly

RichardRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Great spot in the world to get away from it all, and just enjoy the scenery. Even a damp and chilly few days in November could not take away the warmth inside and the view outside. The walk down to the lake in the morning with the dog was the highlight.

The Point Cottage, Loch Striven

HollyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
No pictures or reviews do this place justice! We have been to the estate twice now and it’s our favourite place to visit when we need to recharge. It’s great for the dogs, private beach, clear water, hikes at the back of the cottage , lots of wildlife, beautiful cottage. Views are out of this world. It’s worth every penny. Facilities are amazing especially in point cottage with the aga stove. We cooked many amazing meals. It’s the most relaxing place we have been regardless of the weather, and it’s beautiful all year round. Hosts were amazing and got back in contact straight away. Can’t wait to make another trip soon!

Innes Lodge - Hot Tub - Loch Lomond - Garden View

TeresaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We booked Innes lodge as a treat for our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful from start to finish. Ardlui Retreat is like a luxury hotel with the benefits of family friendly lodge accommodation in a perfect, peaceful setting at the north of Loch Lomond. Staff are attentive without being intrusive and the lodge itself was just perfect. We used the Swedish BBQ one night and had such good fun. The hot tub was private and our children loved it. The location is great for children, water sports and sight seeing. Even the wet bank holiday weather couldn’t dampen our spirits. A lovely long weekend and hopefully the first of many visits!

Pine Cabin, Strathyre, a cosy escape from it all.

RobertaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Little gem of a place we booked just to get away from the busy life for a couple of nights with our wee dog , I would 100% live here permanently hint hint lol , definitely a quiet getaway with the pub across the road (now selling food) it’s a new thing so a bit unorganised meaning we ate elsewhere TIP the Chinese in Callander delivers to the cabin. Host was lovely and very responsive also it’s a 10 min drive to Callander only thing and just a suggestion as it’s dog friendly and child friendly the garden as big as it is isn’t secure could get out the back onto the gravel at the white houses definitely needs blocked off , also my small dog can get under the gates at the front even some chicken wire would stop that but no biggie , if the garden is secure I will definitely be a repeat customer. The TV didn’t work due to a line problem but that wasn’t a big deal we just connected to the phones hotspot but signal was low at times. Overall fab little gem of a place

Pine Lake View South Lakeland

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful break at the Cabin with family to celebrate my 60th Birthday. The place was immaculate and the view over the lake was beautiful. The location is great for exploring the Lake District and surrounding areas. Charlotte was a excellent host, she was very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at during our stay. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day.
