Thank you to our fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The accommodation and surroundings were well kept and thought out. We had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The wood fired hot tub and sauna really was the icing on the cake for our holistic retreat. Highly recommended - we will return :)

Would 1000 percent recommend if you want to just chill or a romantic breakaway , absolutely spotless , we got a anniversary package and it was stunning , so pleased amazing for the price , amazing host , very friendly and helpful , jaccuzi with the tv amazing touch, and the sauna amazing ! Loved staying here, great for kids and my two daughters particularly loved the animals, especially the cats! Emma was a great host and I would recommend ordering the hamper - was amazing. The cottage was clean and cosy and the views out of the window were incredible

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

Had a lovely New Years holiday with family (and dogs) and it did feel like a holiday. Hosts were very attentive (with hot tub, and asking about wi-fi) yet I think made sure to let us feel comfortable and give us our privacy. A 15 minute walk to shop, or 2 minute drive - we also visited Blackpool (30 minute drive). Clean beds, lovely living room and can't fault value for money, and would recommend. Thanks for having us!!

We had a lovely weekend at Swallows Nest, the property is really spacious and set on 3 levels. My eldest son joined us from Manchester and we were able to watch the moon raking festival which was really pretty and great fun. Thanks for a lovely time, would really recommend

Loverly annex very clean and tidy. Quiet location big garden with great views. Bed very comfy kitchen stocked with cereals bread milk butter and jam and teas and coffees. Near to clitheroe skipton and knaresbrough where we spent days out. Emmott Arms 6 minutes away highly recommended great food. Will definitely be going back to the annex thank you Molly Xxx

We’re just back from our stay here and it was a great base for us visiting family nearby. My elderly mam was with me and we really benefited from everything on one floor for my mam and her mobility. We’ll definitely return.

The flat itself is lovely, and the view is spectacular. There are huge pictures windows that look out over fields and Otley village. Waking up to mist-covered green spaces was magical.

We visited to celebrate a big birthday and the house more than accommodated the 10 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a whole cupboard of board games. The hosts were welcoming and the house was stunning.

Me and my partner brought my parents for a weekend in Marsden and Hywel’s place was perfect! Felt cost and at home the second we walked in. Everyone was catered for from music to books and board games. There’s nothing he doesn’t have in the kitchen to! The location is central and you have numerous walks on your doorstep. I contacted Hywel regarding something I thought I had left and he communicated back straight away. We can’t wait to come back :) x

Very comfortable stay. Everything spotless. Sarah very friendly. Good walk over the hill to Holmfirth with lovely views. Would thoroughly recommend.

An amazing host. Detailed correspondence before stay. Immaculate and homely house which was a lovely place to stay. Walking distance to Booths and the town centre. Would strongly recommend. The only issue could be if you struggle with stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

Lovely, characterful place to stay. Great sense of privacy, surrounded by countryside. Once the log burner gets going it's really cosy and the accommodation is really well thought out. Appreciated John being on hand to answer questions and to be so welcoming and helpful whilst also respecting our privacy. Highly recommended.

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

A beautiful cottage in an amazing area. we walked most days and did bot require the car all that much. we walkedto 4 local villages...visiting The Ablingdon Arms at Beckley on a few occasions. Our doggo was super happy in the cottage as were we! Cosy nights watching TV in the living room to big breakfasts around the dining table...and yhe odd midday nap. There has been alot of thought put into this place by the owners and it shows!
