Fantastic listing with even better hosts. This place is right next to the most vibrant part of Little Rock and it's also incredibly comfortable and modern. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 plus our grand-dad. This place had plenty of room and made our home away from home very comfortable. Would definitely, recommend it and would gladly stay again!

Our group of 7 were very happy in this home - we had space to gather and socialize while also having our private space when needed. The porch and sunroom offered additional spaces to gather and we enjoyed our morning coffee there! We cooked most meals in the home and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs! The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants, when needed. We were also able to do some sightseeing in the area. The location in a cul-de-sac provided a quiet and peaceful time - and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Ben and Karen were very responsive to any and all questions. Knowing that we are providing functional feedback on the home, we'd also like to add that the decor in the home was so much fun, it really impressed our group! We would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Our less than 12 hour stay was just enough to confirm we’ll be back next time we come to visit our USAF son in Sherwood. Kind host, clear instructions, beautiful outdoor space, and a comfortable king bed…what more could a girl ask for!

We enjoyed our stayed. We could hear the fireworks all around us but couldn't see any which was disappointing but that was funny to us. The only con is no water pressure in the shower. My husband has suggested a smaller head would make it better. Overall, our trip was great. We ate at Samantha's in Little Rock for dinner.

Joanne and her husband Steve made me feel right at home from day one! They are super friendly and helpful with anything I needed! I would HIGHLY recommend!!! ESPECIALLY if you are a country, horse loving person like myself. This tiny home retreat is PERFECT!!!

Excellent place to stay for a trip! The location was very serene and beautiful while not being too far out of the city. The host was very gracious and accommodated a last minute request to stay. The home itself is in a beautiful location with lots of great amenities and makes you feel at home. The host even thought of little details that really stood out to me as someone who has stayed at countless Airbnbs- thank you for making this trip wonderful.

Wonderful location! We had a glorious time in Little Rock and the apartment was perfect! Bed very comfy , no outside noise . Minutes to walk for coffee, great restaurants . And our host, Anna, made us feel right at home . Will definitely go again!

We had an amazing time for our anniversary. Such a cute fun stay. We played all the games available and had a blast. There is another house closer than I was expecting but once I got over it. I didn’t even notice. You still feel like you’re in your own world.

Excellent location, and quite possibly the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience to town. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.
