Can’t beat the Greenbelt location. Quick walk or hike to Barton Springs, and across the street from Tacodeli and a small market. 10-15 min drive to everything!

Joe went above and beyond by making sure a new Instapot was available for me. Otherwise responsive and a great host.

We loved the beautiful, natural setting around the home. Great layout, very comfortable and lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and downtown, but set in a very quiet neighborhood. Melissa was a fantastic host!

Amanda’s home feels calm, peaceful and private. I slept so well and felt warm despite the unusual sub-freezing temperatures. Amanda was responsive and kind, and offered recommendations on local things to do. The home is conveniently located. This was the perfect spot for our 10 night stay in Kyle while visiting our daughter’s family! The bed was extremely comfortable and the décor was refreshing and very tasteful. We enjoyed evenings and mornings sitting out on the back patio. There were plenty of towels for our extended stay and all of the amenities of home.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A .6 mile walk to the Hula Hut. Very comfortable furnishings.

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. We originally thought two of us would need to share a bedroom but it’s actually 3 queen beds on one level and a queen bed on the top level. So 4 queen beds total. We had a hard time getting the master shower started because we were afraid if we pulled too hard on the knob it would break, but it turned out we just hadn’t pulled hard enough. They couldn’t accommodate our early check in or late check out which kind of sucked because we were late getting out of there considering we wanted to clean up a bit but it all worked out well. Parking and entry are super easy. Lots of space. I would def rent this Airbnb again.

Had a great stay for 10 days here. Property has a nice private garden, with furniture, to enjoy the warm evenings. Gated driveway, and property set back from road, felt secure and was quiet. The property itself is in good condition and well maintained. The central living area was perfect for relaxing after a full day. The kitchen was well kitted out and e appreciated the little extras which made us feel right at home. Bente was very helpful prior to our arrival and had some great recommendations for when we were there. She kept us up to date throughout the trip, so we knew where we could get support if needed. Bars and restaurants are a short walk away, and the centre of Austin a short cab ride. The area has a good vibe.

Good rental in a great location that’s walkable to Congress Ave and short 15-20 minute drive to airport and key Austin locations. Neighborhood felt safe and clean any time of day (or night) and had a nice balance of foot traffic vs quietness. Home was as advertised and everything was fully functional. Really enjoyed the unique floor plan of the townhome. The two bedrooms upstairs shared a connecting bathroom that had two separate sinks while downstairs was the primary bedroom and a half bathroom. We were visiting Austin for a wedding with 6 people and at no point of time was anyone waiting for a toilet, mirror or shower. Having an enclosed garage was a plus as we experienced extremely cold weather during our visit and garage was a lifesaver. If you’re renting a car I wouldn’t get anything too big or confirm with the host it will fit in garage since there’s no street parking. We had a Honda Odyssey van that fit just right both length and height. Amazing host and great communication!

This AirBnB was so great! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The place was so clean and well stocked. We walked to Loro for dinner one night, which was less than 5 minutes away and so fun. We would absolutely stay here again.

Best equipped AirBnB we’ve stayed at. Good furniture, linens and great kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. Nice TV and great enclosed yard for the dogs. Very comfortable stay.

This home is a beauty. It was perfect for our group of ten as everyone had their own space and almost everyone had their own bathroom. The home is stocked with everything you could need to feel right at home, especially in the kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the main floor with the living room and kitchen and there was plenty of room for all of us to comfortably hang out. The location is also great. It’s within walking distance to a Walgreens, a Starbucks, and some solid food options. Although the home is surrounded by an urban environment, the space still felt private and quiet. There is street parking, and we were lucky enough to find open spots right in front of the residence. Dakota was a fantastic host. Always responsive and helpful. Overall, this was an ideal stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cute place! Don't be fooled by the neighborhood we were 2 Ladies and never felt unsafe. Host was super responsive when we had questions. We would stay again.

Karen was such a great host! Her place had everything you could possibly need or want and then some. The space is well decorated and furnished, and having 2 separate bathrooms with their own shower was AWESOME. Karen was extremely helpful and went the extra mile throughout our stay. We would happily stay again and HIGHLY recommend.

Vivian is an exceptional host. I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and frankly, I’m usually not very impressed. You know how it is—many are just easy money for the owners, who often seem indifferent to their guests’ experiences. However, Vivian’s place is outstanding—perfect, in fact. It feels like you’re moving into a brand-new apartment. If her place is available and you’re looking for somewhere in an excellent part of town—close enough to walk to the river, Whole Foods, downtown, and stay active—book it immediately. I assure you, you’ll be pleased. Additionally, Vivian is incredibly responsive to any questions. She truly is a superstar host. Thank you, Vivian, for a wonderful experience in Austin.

Meredith’s home is in a wonderful location steps away from south congress but still feels tucked away and private. Well appointed and super clean. We loved our stay and will definitely book again the next time we are in Austin
