A wonderful lakefront house with well equipped kitchen, a Weber gas grill and many places calling for good books and nice conversations. Whether in the living room in front of the oven, on the windowseat in front of the panoramic window on the first floor or in the sun lounger on the roof terrace: the lake glows through the trees everywhere. The swimming spot is in front of the door, the forest too. There are two desks for workation in the countryside. Sleeps up to 6, with min. 2 children for up to 8 people.

Brandenburg idyll with private lake access

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Teupitzer See, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design is brightly and modernly adapted to the apartment on the lake. A king-size box spring bed invites you to end an active day comfortably in the Brandenburg nature. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Your lake house

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You live in a beautiful cottage with lake view and direct access to the Lübbesee, including private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom each on each floor. In the living room there is a fireplace, for a cozy time during colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make trips. Have a great time at your lakeside house!

Holiday apartment, with beach, family-friendly

Since July 2018, we have 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

BlackBoxBerlin TownHouse with view & roof terrace

The calm and decent located spacious TownHouse with 180sqm has three bedrooms with 20-25sqm. The 35sqm roof top terrace invites you to chill with an extraordinary view over the Rummelsburger lake. The outside and entrance area of the property is equipped with a surveillance system camera. The maximum capacity of guests is limited to 6 persons. After the 2nd person there is an additional fee of 39€ per person and per night.

Apartment with water access

Vacation on the water! The beautiful 1-room apartment with exit into the large garden and direct access to the lake leaves nothing to be desired! In the fully equipped apartment with a large kitchen, it lives at home. In addition, you can dive directly into the beautiful surroundings with kayaks, sup's and the Wing-Foil that you can also rent.
