Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Havel

This apartment was perfect for us, three colleagues visiting Berlin. The location is good, close to the S-bahn and Trams, and walking distance to many nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The rooms in the apartment are spacious, the beds very comfortable and the kitchen was a welcome addition for eating breakfast or take a quick snack. The hosts were always helpful and responsive.

Apartment is super connected to everything that you need (and Berlin is rather big), and if you like walking/biking around even better. Pictures perfectly describe the apartment and all necessary and listed amenities are there. In these days where every 2nd AirBnB markets itself with all the amenities that you need, and in reality there are 2 forks, 1 pan, and 1 towel for 5 people, Sven's place actually has everything listed and more. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can actually use it, there are more than enough clean sheets/towels and everything else you'll need for stress-free stay. We greatly enjoyed the apartment and would be happy to come again. All the recommendations!

Very good and well-kept accommodation. The furniture was all clean except a coach was stained. The apartment is super easy to reach and accessible from almost anywhere by car or public transport. The price is good, but I think it's a bit too expensive. happy to come back. again

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

The place is very nice and in a quiet location. The equipment is great, everything you need is available. The bed is very comfortable. Communication with Katrin was very friendly and everything went smoothly. The castle park is right at your doorstep, ideal for visitors with dogs for nice walks. We will be happy to come back!
