This home is great! Beautiful, spacious and clean. Great location to Peoria.

This was our second time staying here and it’s one of my favorite places to stay. All the little details and extremely beautiful views make this a perfect place to stay. We will be back next year!

Marnie and Brian's place exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures! It was quiet, clean, and had every amenity we could need. Marnie and Brian are the perfect examples of Airbnb hosts – they were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back! We did not have a single complaint. Their place was beautiful and dog-friendly, and our dogs loved it too. They even stocked the fridge with some necessities, and a grocery store was very close by just in case. Highly recommend!

Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as pictured. They made sure everything was ready for us before checking in. It was a nice view of the river and a good place to stay this Christmas!

My colleagues and I stayed here for work the property was in the perfect location and the amenities were just as mentioned in the pictures. The host was amazing and very responsive. Would stay again.

Michael was a very good host. He gave clear instructions on everything. The house was just like you were at home. Top it off he had a Christmas tree up and I thought that was so nice because we spent Christmas there. He even mailed me a game I left at the house. He went over and beyond before and even after to make sure my family had a good Christmas!!! Book Michael he’s amazing. Thank you

I went to Peoria for a plastic surgery and I needed a place to recover after. This place was recommended to me by my doctor and definitely didn’t disappoint. Super cute ranch style house with extremely comfortable beds and a recliner chair that I ws stuck to 24/7. There was a problem with the application and 4 days prior to my stay my booking was cancelled. Jim responded within minutes and walked me through the process of re-booking his place. Every message I sent was responded to within a couple of minutes. I encountered no issues prior, during nor after my stay. I loved the location as well. I didn’t really leave the house due to the reason of my stay but I know there are several restaurants a couple of blocks away from the house. Also, the old part of Peoria with beautiful, old houses and scenery are right there as well. I will definitely be back!

Very nice place was in town visiting family for the holiday very spacious and reasonably priced better option than local hotel in town. I will definitely be booking when I’m back in town.
