Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hauraki Gulf / Tīkapa Moana

Beautiful house with lots of space for our group of six to relax and spend time together. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, and all the lovely little details throughout the house (like the descriptive notes attached to the books!).

Absolutely loved our stay at The Badger. There was a lot to do at the property, with no real need to leave. The bedroom sizes are perfect, and bathrooms well sized also. The gardens are lush and abundant, and the chickens provided daily eggs. The pool and spa always ready to go, and the tennis court an extra space for activity. The kitchen had everything needed, and was used a lot on our stay. Nathan is a very proactive and responsive host - thank you again, we will definitely be back. 😊

Our family of 7 loved this house! It feels very private and rural, even though it is very close to town (there are neighboring houses, but you almost don't even see them). The pool was a big hit and we could barely get out kids out of it. The dryer didn't work well (took ages), but there's a large clothesline that was just as good.

Very private but still central home. Close access to many different beaches, loved exploring the bays and op shops nearby. The home was exactly as described and maybe even better - very clean. We were 4 adults and a small child and felt there was plenty of room still! Highlight was the spa for sure. Thanks for an awesome stay - would 100% recommend.

We had a lovely stay here when in Point Wells for a wedding. The house was well enough equipped for our large group, and in a fantastic location.

The place is beautiful. Inside and out. Very quiet, gorgeous lake. Hot tub and private beaches were nice. As pictured most certainly. One thing that we did not love that we have had more recently in airbnbs we have stayed run by management companies is the corporate sort of feel, language around rules and check-out that can be a bit harsh without the warmth of what some other airbnbs may provide. The place was certainly as billed on the website and we chose it and it was gorgeous but there was little to no flexibility around any change in checkout times or even consideration of it even if noone is booked the next day. Overall a very nice beautiful space to stay just some less personal, warm aspects of how it is run.

Black Cottage, Nicky’s place was beautiful and very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful and the location was quiet and secluded. Would highly recommend.

Five adults and six children had a wonderful weekend in Mangawhai, using Carolynn's house as our base. There was plenty of space for everyone to find their own corner, both inside and out. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks to work in at once and the dining table was big enough for us to all sit around so mealtimes were a treat, not a chore. Amazing view to the east, including sunrise across water and moonscape sand dunes. The spa at the end of the day was a special treat for our family, as was the large TV screen in the lounge. We missed a few books and board games but everything else was in good supply. Thank you for a special long weekend with my family Carolynn.

Great place to stay when visiting Auckland. Easy to get to Sylvia Park and city centre by car, not that you have to leave much as there’s plenty to do with the pool, bbq, spa, sauna and pool table! It was clean and tidy and well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely stay again

We hired this beautiful home as accommodation for our work crew and it did not disappoint! There was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable, so many things to do at the house and lots of equipment for activities outside. The home is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. The host was incredible helping with the last minute booking and being available for any questions or issues along the way. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We had a delightful stay at the cabin. It’s like a little Parisian apartment, tucked into a private oasis. Our family loved switching off the devices and just being together in such a beautiful space. So many lovely and thoughtful touches. It’s an easy drive into Mangawhai. Mick’s comms were helpful and friendly. Sitting in the spa with that beautiful view and the sound of tui was just heavenly. We would love to stay again!

We had the best time at Thomas's place! Even though it's part of a main house, it's tucked away in the back and feels completely private. Thomas was the perfect host, always available if we needed anything, super friendly, and at the same time, gave us plenty of space. Super close to town with lots of information on local things to do. Well equipped and had everything we needed. The little spa was our highlight for sure! Would definitely recommend this little gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Kazia’s place! The photos accurately reflected the space, and it exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully designed, and modern, with a serene outdoor area perfect for enjoying sundowners or relaxing in the hot tub. It offered great privacy and came with added perks like Netflix, YouTube, Wi-Fi, and board games. We’ll definitely stay here again when we visit Tauranga!

We had the best time at the little cabin! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get closer to nature and enjoy off the grid bliss. The tub was great with lots of hot water and the bed was 5 star comfort. And we enjoyed the company of our new chicken friends🌈 Thanks Rebekah and Rory, we’ll definitely be back!

This Airbnb is incredible, a true slice of heaven, a rustic cabin situated amongst New Zealand bush. My Husband and I got married here, and then stayed for several days after, it exceeded our expectations. The setting provided us with a dreamy, intimate setting, perfect for our special day. The hosts were great, supportive and responsive, also super friendly. We definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

Incledibly well thought through tiny space. It was very clean and homely. The spa was clean and very nice to be in. Clear and easy to understand instructions for everything. Convenient to walk to the beach.
