The apartment was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The views from the living room were stunning, and the layout was perfect for our family of five. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, adding to the overall convenience of the space. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to JBR, where we enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the vibrant atmosphere. Raya, the host, was super friendly and accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation.

A beautiful apartment in Emaar beachfront with a wonderful host!! The apartment was spotless, it is actually bigger than it looks in the photographs and had a very good layout. The area is peaceful, nice place to run, lovely pool and right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. We loved our stay and will happily return!!!

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

I had a wonderful stay af Mary her place. It really feels like a home. The owner Mary helped me so good! I told her I needed a softer mattress because of my back, she ordered right away an new mattress and I slept soo good. I 100% recommend this stay. Wonderful place! Thanks Mary!

Fantastic 2-week stay at Marina location. Condo is exactly as described and location is perfect. Connection to Dubai Marina Mall was very convenient. Access to great pool and Gym. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended this unit.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Gemstay is also extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommended for a short stay in this prime area.

The apartment was lovely , fabulous views ( 47th) floor. The apartment was spacious, clean and held everything we needed. Quick walk to the mall via the walkway made it so easy for us without trying to cross roads. There is a small supermarket at the entrance of the building also a supermarket in the walkway, very handy when you arrive back from the day. Overall we have had an amazing stay. Thank you .

Iconic Marina & Sea Views from the 52nd floor

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!
