We really enjoyed our stay here the place was clean and beautiful a great place for a get away.

Peaceful and relaxing. A home away from home with its beautiful open concept, spacious kitchen, large open deck, and the best views ever from the primary bedroom. Just about everything you'd need is supplied. Extremely accommodating with our 4 cats and never any hesitation. Check in is scheduled for 3:00PM, but we had a message saying we could check in earlier. The view is absolutely stunning all throughout the cottage from the beautiful north Atlantic ocean across the street to the family of three deer casually exploring the area. The fireplace is the perfect way to warm up in winter. I can only imagine how nice it would be in summer with two beaches so close by. We enjoyed our Christmas immensely at The Lookout that we were sad when it came time to leave.

we loved everything about the beach cottage! Everything is as described, with every detail taken care of! Sweet Ethel is a delight!! Easily the best Air BnB we have stayed in! Thank you so much Ethel for making our 10 day stay wonderful! we will be back!!!

Our favorite stop during our vacation. Such a wonderful, beautiful and special place. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. The entire process was easy. Ousamma was so accommodating and communicative. We will be returning in the next few summers. Our kids loved the goats and exploring the island. We loved the hot tub and the incredible views. Unmatched by anywhere we’ve visited. So much fun!

Our family had a fantastic Christmas at Deanna’s. It looks exactly as advertised, and is just really comfortable. Deanna was very helpful and timely in responding to questions, prior to, and during our stay. She was very flexible and accommodating to meet our timing needs. Awesome location and view. The accommodation is great, well taken care of and great for a family stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The cottage was very warm and inviting.. there were only two of us so we only used the main level. Couldn’t locate the garbage bins so we brought our garbage home. I’m sure I just wasn’t looking in the right spot. The tv has many viewing options which was great for the weekend of pjs and tv.

We had a lot of fun at Shannon's. We all said it was the nicest Airbnb we had stayed in and the views were unbelievable. The beds were very comfortable and the appliances all up-to-date and clean. Our hosts (Shannon and her Mom) were absolutely wonderful and regularly checked to ensure we were comfortable and not in need of anything.

Can’t say enough about how beautiful this space is! The house is even better than the photos (which are also very good). Our group loved the space, the gorgeous view, and its walkability to Peggy’s cove and various restaurants and shops. We even loved the bed linens so much we tried to figure out where they were from lol! Absolutely recommend this home for visitors to NS or locals looking for a weekend getaway:)
