Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hastings District

Lovely stay, me and boyfriend was in the area for Tulleys Farm Shocktober festival, and wanted to make the weekend out of it. We did a hike on Saturday which was beautiful and then ended up in the Fox pub which was so warming and casual, then off to the festival later that evening - all in all a very humble weekend. And staying in this lovely home made it even better!

Great place to stay for our family (and dog) for a weekend trip to Tunbridge Wells. The house has been renovated really beautifully and had everything we needed for a comfortable peaceful stay. There were lots of little personal touches too which were really appreciated. There's a nice park nearby which was nice to take our dog and son too. It's hard to find somewhere when you have a one year and a dog that ticks all the boxes you need to make the trip easy and stress free - but Jen's place really did and more.

I had an amazing stay here. Diets, the host, was incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spotless and larger than expected. The space is beautifully decorated and perfectly situated, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This was the perfect place for our NYE trip with friends. We were 3 couples and a dog and it accommodated us perfectly. For us the open plan kitchen, dinning area and lounge were what made it. Perfect for hanging out, cooking, and chatting. We enjoyed lots of muddy walks, including a nice trail to the pub in Clayhill, which we also loved. It was a proper traditional, old school pub. Would definitely love to come back to stay in Boxwood again. Thank you, Tim.

Another return visit! Love the location, really special walks along windswept beeches with the dog. Open plan layout good for working and relaxing on the large sofa. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. Everything you need - looking forward to going back.

This is a lovely spacious house in a great location for the coast. 2 living rooms make it good for groups or extended family gatherings. Kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a lovely extra space in good weather. Jill and Ben are friendly responsive hosts and gave helpful advice on the locality. We loved swimming and meal at Saltdean Lido and coastal walks from South Hill Barn.

An absolutely perfect airbnb place…. I can’t think of a single thing that could improve this place. Great comms, easy check in, spotless and well decorated, so many extra little touches (milk, cake, fruit etc), a relaxing place to stay. Sadly we were only here one night but I’m sure we will come again when we are next visiting family in the area. Highly recommended!

We loved Sara Jane’s house. Really cozy with a cool vibe and homely atmosphere. We enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable sofas in front of the open fire - bliss! The beds were super comfy and it was so peaceful and quiet. I slept so well. Sara Jane left us some nice food for breakfast and other nice touches to make our stay super lovely.

Lovely space to spend a couple of days. Very countryside. June was a warm and helpful Host.

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunt and uncle who stayed in Alex's bnb when I was getting married last weekend. They were delighted with the accommodation, it was lovely clean and cozy and filled with treats! Alex herself was so friendly and helpful and really went above and beyond for them during their stay. They wanted me to send their big thanks for making this exciting weekend extra special! I also wanted to say that Alex was really great with communication and directions provided perfect details of where to go and always made herself available. Paula and Simon were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The little extra touches they left for us made the stay even more comfortable (especially with children!). The house is also absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for a very easy and lovely stay.

Apartment was spotless. Everything was there we needed. The most wonderful experience was sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and sunset over the sea. Perfect location to chill. Gemma was always on hand if needed and was always helpful and cheery. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning St Leonard's house! Marsha was a warm and responsive host, and her place is so spacious and filled with light. Everything was spotless and we had all that we needed. Would highly recommend!

Can’t really fault it. Was as described, spotless clean, easy to find and very easy walk to the things we wanted to see in Dungeness. The pilot inn gave us an outstanding meal both nights, and overall it was a good value, clean, modern and (mostly quiet - except for the odd early morning truck) peaceful. Cant say we’ll stay again as we have now seen dinginess, but anyone wanting to visit the area for walking or having a look around this is a great place to stop a night or few.

Tam and Ed were absolutely wonderful hosts! very helpful and went out of their way to assist us couldn’t have been friendlier! The place is beautiful and in a wonderful spot would highly recommend it. We are definitely going to come back well worth the trip from Sydney to go there!

Enid is absolutely lovely, she went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant stay. Her place was very clean and well equipped. It is a little out of the way but was easy to get taxis and only 8/9 to get to Hastings old town. I would highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay to recharge the batteries for a couple of days. Very easy to get to by public transport from London, with 2 pubs within short walking distance (and a 3rd if you’re willing to trek across fields like we did). Also about a 30 min walk to the Pooh bridge.

We had a great stay. Lovely place, both the space itself - very cosy and comfortable - and the garden and surrounding area: beautiful, green, and tranquil. Carol and Guy are great hosts, very kind and accomodating, and communicate well. Highly recommended!

Right from the start Vivian was brilliant. Absolutely spotless room. Vivian allowed us to check in early as we had a funeral to go to. Amazing breakfast that we are so sorry we couldn’t eat it all! I agree with another customs about the star rating she definitely deserves more!

Once again we stayed overnight in Arden B&B which is perfectly hosted by Sue. Sue is very kind and does everything to feel you like home. We enjoyed the talks with her very much and we are looking forward to our next stay there. :-) *****

Sally was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The place is in such a lovely setting along with the space being cosy and inviting! We hope to return again to explore the beautiful area further!

We had a fabulous time at Jo’s Jo was extremely attentive and responded immediately. So many great touches like coffee, tea, orange juice and eggs. The area and the view are absolutely stunning, honestly the pictures do not do justice compared to when you are there!!!
