A very nice and modern apartment. The location in the courtyard is quiet. The cozy bed makes for restful nights. The couch invites you to relax and the modern smart TV is great in case the weather doesn't play along. Nice big shower and a well equipped kitchen. The check-in was great and could take place flexibly thanks to the key box. Marco sent us the instructions for this very accurately in a message. The area is great for long walks on the Main and you are quickly in Schweinfurt, where there are many great restaurants and shopping. The idyllic Bamberg is also just a half-hour drive away. If you want to explore the picturesque area around the charming village of Grettstadt/Untereuerheim, Marco's modern accommodation is in good hands. We will be happy to come back.

My five week stay with Astrid was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first day. The direct view to the Main River and the fireplace were a highlight. Würzburg Central Station is super easy to reach by car. The communication with Astrid went smoothly. Here, the well-being of the guest is paramount, which I also felt. Always happy to come back:)

The apartment was very clean and everything brand new, Ufuk was very detailed and helpful. The whole place feels more like a hotel room than a lived-in place, which was fine by me.

Gabi's apartment is very nice. In real life, it looks even better and bigger than the photos. The area is perfect for doing something... it's quiet around, lots of possible activities - and interesting for families - a playground very close by. Gabi is very nice and the check-in and check-out were hassle-free. All in all a clear recommendation. :)

The many superlative reviews that I read when I booked this AirBnB proved to be all accurate and true. I needed a 10 week rental while carrying out studies at the local University. This was outstanding for my extended stay, and I booked another 30 days starting in a few weeks. The bicycle and adjacent laundry room were real conveniences, and there was much adjacent "free space". Leona and Wolfgang added numerous thoughtful touches that made the stay a real pleasure. I would particularly recommend this rental to those seeking a quiet residential area as opposed to the hustle and bustle of a central city. I felt very peaceful and "at home" and would gladly return for a personal/pleasure trip as opposed to a business trip.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

Vey central and surprisingly quiet for being near a fairly busy street. It was just the place we needed. We had a good time. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was located in a peaceful village and was warm and cozy. The view in front, and the sound of birds were amazing. We stayed for one night and had a great rest. Margot and her husband are very polite and hospitable people. We thank them for greeting us.

It is a very neat and clean accommodation. For us with 2 small children perfect as a stopover for a longer trip. The only downside is that there is no living room with sofa. For stays of several days, that would be nice.

The accommodation has an apartment character, is very clean and well located in Bamberg. Also very important in this city - parking space is available! And if you want dinner, you can also just "fall" down the stairs and go to the restaurant.

If you want a little break from stressful everyday life, this is the place to be. Mr. Ulm is very friendly and helpful and you can tell that he and his wife have given a lot of thought to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Here is especially the "mini supermarket" where you can find everything you need for a short break (e.g. hot rolls, noodles, coffee, etc.). Even if you don't feel like cooking yourself, there are catering dishes from a local catering company that can be easily prepared in the oven and taste great, without any artificial ingredients. In addition to the living area, there is the separate spa area. Here, too, there is a lot of love for detail such as homemade scrubs and sauna infusions, so you can spend some relaxing hours here. All in all, we enjoyed it very much and we will definitely be back.

Thank you for coming out and welcoming me so that I could easily find a place. ^ ^ And it was the prettiest and cleanest accommodation I stayed in during my three-week trip, and I was so satisfied that it was spacious enough for a family of four to live.. In particular, it was nice that our daughters enjoyed the pool table and games in the basement.. I want to stay again if I get a chance.. ^ ^

Everything went well. Check-in was organized even though the host was unavailable upon arrival. Parking was easily possible, the room was sufficiently large, there was wifi, storage options and a small work table that I really appreciated. Just perfect, come back.

Maximilian and Anna are very nice hosts. We had a great time staying in this apartment. The apartment is new, very modern and very clean. It has everything you need. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is close to the thermal springs. Even you can walk there. The place is centrally located. The apartment has very nice black and white photos of local attractions with Google coordinates, which is a big plus. We highly recommend staying in this apartment.

It was great in Marina's apartment. The apartment looks a little smaller in the photos. We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. Marina was easily accessible. There are plenty of parking spaces too. We would come back if needed. Everything is great.

Positive: Spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with great shower stand out. The hot tub is a nice extra. Flexible check-in/out times thanks to quick communication. Negative: Unfortunately, hair was found on a pillow, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Neutral/Info: The kitchen requires your own tea towels. Bath towels were missing, but what was in the description. Sounds of the wooden stairs can disturb night people or late sleepers. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is about 25-30 minutes away by car. Conclusion: Grosniczki's apartment is ideal for a pure overnight stay or a relaxing evening with friends. You can also spend a cozy evening with friends there. However, if you are planning a longer stay, you should find out in advance which things to bring with you for a smooth stay. In my opinion, given the fair price, these minor deficiencies are forgivable.

We felt super comfortable and welcome from second 1. The hostess was very accommodating and friendly - also in terms of the hot tub, which was really great. The place is senr quiet, beautifully bright and friendly, you feel like home. The kitchen and bathroom are also well equipped. It was a really nice and relaxing stay, for which we would like to thank you again.
