Worked out well with a lot of space for groups that are family, friends or get along. Combining both spaces with family is a great setup. It's hard to find a place this big with many bedrooms. It was a rare waterfront find.

A Steubenville gem!!! *So blessed to have stayed here during our visit. *The space was perfect for the two of us and we appreciated the autumnal (seasonal) decor as well. *Close to eateries, shopping, and most importantly for us, Franciscan University. *Excellent and FAST communication from Kendra and Mike. *We sure appreciated having access to two beds. *Super clean. *Definitely an older, dated home but cozy and comfortable. First floor unit being updated but no disturbances from contractor. *Guests need to know once they enter unit, they climb a steep set of stairs to get to rental space. 💚We hope to stay here in future!💛

Great little out of the way place if you are looking for a quiet secluded place. Terri was great and helpful with anything I needed. Will definitely try to stay again if I’m back up that way working.

We rented the house for a month, the house is very nice, clean, the utensils are basically complete, near Christmas the landlady also specially brought a door ornament to decorate the house. 👍We will stay here again next time come to dover, and I will recommend this house to my friends.

We always have a wonderful stay at Heidi’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and Heidi was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host. We especially appreciated the little extra touches that made us feel right at home. It’s also perfect for our little ones and they love to see the animals! I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay again and again.

When asked how Robert describes his property, I sincerely doubted how to respond. The photos don't show the house as it is. I liked the images before reserving the place. However, I was surprised when I entered the house and found the reality superior to the published pictures. I have always wondered how unique the whole experience was, not only the house but also the presentation of the "home." I was corrected, but I still think that Robert lives there, and when somebody rents, he escapes in a rush, leaving behind everything he daily lives. Robert, thank you, be well, and cheers...

We enjoyed our stay. Amanda was quick to respond to any needs or questions. The outdoor space was awesome the pool the hot tub plenty of outdoor seating. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen has all the pots pans and utensils you need to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again. Jim and I are from Wheeling, we try to visit 1-2 times a year. We usually stay in a hotel or with a family member. It was so nice to have a house to ourselves. Comfy and Cozy was more like having our own home. Everything about it was so nice. We have lived in SC for 12 years and I was so excited to have snow. Deb and Rick came to shovel the snow for us! They were friendly and outgoing! I would definitely stay in their house again! Jim and Anne Shelek
