Great communication , convenient location ; the pool was too cold for the kiddos to enjoy but the private backyard and patio furniture still let us enjoy the great weather ! Our extended family staying in the downstairs unit said they could hear us moving around quite a bit upstairs so future guests with kids- stay downstairs :) need to bring your own pool towels fyi !

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.

What a lovely place to stay. House is tucked back on a deep lot, facing a creek, with a green lawn and lots of lush vegetation (even in the middle of winter). We had a great time relaxing outside. (And it was easy to get outside because there are like six exterior doors.) The sun streaming in the master bedroom in the morning felt wonderful. Mid century modern home with lots of cool architectural details like glass-slat blinds, wooden accordion room dividers, and cabinets and closets designed to blend into the walls. Surprisingly large for a ranch style house, with plenty of space for our people and pup. Comfortable beds and linens. Everything was clean and functional, but: various cracked tiles shifted under our feet (you can tell it’s an older home), Internet was slow (20 Mbps) and spotty, and lighting was generally dim, especially in the kitchen. Host was friendly and accommodating and communicated proactively.

This was the first time I've done an air b&b and Ruth did not disappoint. Thank you for absolutely playing a huge part in making it the most memorable birthday weekend. 5 stars isn't enough!

We were there with another couple. The place served our needs very well. Check in and out were very simple.

Our stay was great in this beautiful house. The location was perfect, stores and restaurants were all around us. The house was perfect very clean and the kids enjoyed the game room. Thank you Lynda for everything, the house was perfect 😊

We’ve returned multiple times to Irene’s place and always appreciate the accommodations and her friendliness. The place is private, even though it’s a duplex, it’s peaceful and quiet in the surroundings. Kitchen is practical with appliances and it’s always clean :) Thanks again!

My husband and I stayed here with our pets for approximately 3 months and we enjoyed our stay. It’s a duplex and you’re staying in one side of it. The neighborhood is pretty much brand new so the place is super clean. Marisol was great at helping us with whatever we needed during our stay. I definitely recommend also trying the coffee she provides too!

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the consulate, privacy and peace of mind. Oscar is very kind, friendly and always attentive.

Great place very clean.

Erika’s place was squeaky clean and beautiful! A bit noisy during the day as there was a lot of movement upstairs. But overall this place and location worked perfectly for my husband, toddler and I. We will definitely come back.

Had a great stay! Spent the weekend going back and forth to Nuevo Progreso, and this was a perfect spot to get our rest. Only 20 mins from the border. Host is very responsive and accommodating. When I return I’ll be staying with Francisco!

I would certainly stay there again. Very clean and comfortable. We needed batteries for the remote and Jr was there in 15 minutes with them. We were made to feel like he was always available to meet our needs

Definitely deserving of all the 5-star reviews - from responsive communication to a seamless check-in and check-out. The unit is exactly as presented here. Just some notes about the area - if you enjoy being in suburbia and near a mall & chain restaurants, you'll appreciate the location. That's not so much our typical vibe and probably would have preferred staying closer to the downtown area. But as our goal was to escape a winter blast, this unit was perfect for staying cozy indoors. We loved the big couch for snuggling up on! There is fairly close, but not direct, access to the bike/hike trail - and would recommend taking a left out of the condo complex to weave through the neighborhood instead of trying to navigate the busier streets.

This condo is beautiful and situated near the water. It is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We felt at home.

Everything was great. Easy check in & check out. Owners were very attentive. Condo was clean, comfortable, and seemed to have just about everything you would need for a short visit. I would be happy to stay here again.

Carmen & Rahul's place was amazing! Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Beautiful park-like setting with a beautiful resaca nearby. Hosts were incredibly kind, flexible & accommodating. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

i would definitely stay again, next time im in town, nice place, and several restaurants nearby.
