Friendly and responsive host Nice house, beautiful suroundings

Amazing experience! We stayed in the cabin for 2 days but I’d easily spend in the house a week or two. Perfect location right next to the water with mountains around. 3 isolated bedrooms, nice wooden stove, 100% equipped kitchen, even the dishes are super beautiful Absolutely worth all the good reviews, thank you!

We had a very nice stay at the house. The host is a very friendly woman and we felt very welcomed. The area is breathtaking and the house has the perfect view over the water and the beautiful nature of Norway.

Beautiful place. Great location and scenic view! Mr. Sverre is very friendly and helpful. Even we had the very last minute booking and check in after sunset. He's still walk us around and give all the informations we need. Feel like home and local. Very warm and touching especially when we are in the foreign country. All the equipments are very easy to use. Very comfortable stay. Pleasant journey!

5 stars just doesn't do this wonderful place justice. The setting and views are world class. When you're 13 year old would rather watch the views than the TV you know you've found somewhere very special. We had the absolute pleasure of spending all of Christmas and New Year here and we were treated to the amazing Norwegian hospitality, fireworks and a rare surprise visit from the aurora borealis. This is a unique location run by a fabulous host who couldn't do enough to help and gave us brilliant advice whenever we asked. Everyone should visit Norway 🇳🇴 at least once in thier lives and quite frankly you'd struggle to find a nicer place to stay. can't wait to return...soon

Cozy cabin at a beautiful location. The scenery around the cabin is just amazing! The cabin is also fully stocked with amenities from well equipped kitchen to all kinds of spices to cook and varieties of teas and coffees. Petter is a great host too, very helpful and quick in responding to any question.

The stay at May‘s place was fantastic. Stunning views, awesome house, great communication with the host. One of the best equipped accommodations I have ever stayed at. Lovely interior, spectacular outside and the bot house is a true gem. We had a great time and can highly recommend.

We had a really relaxing stay at the cabin with the nicest view :) Marius was very precise and detailed in his descriptions and always open for any questions - in total great communication. An amazing opportunity if you are around Bergen to spend a rainy fall weekend where you just want to read your book while looking out the window seeing a wavy sea and colorful trees around but probably even nicer in the summer when you can dip more often into the water and spend most of the time at the balcony. Thank you so much!!

During our camping trip we took shelter in this home during a rainy day and one night. It’s a fantastic, small, cosy cottage so it was great to have a day inside in this house. The view is amazing and we saw a beautiful rainbow over the fjord. I can imagine that if the weather is nice that you can enjoy sitting in the garden.

We spent fantastic days at Kjetils house, it was just like we hoped it to be according to the pictures, very cozy house (even bigger living/kitchen area than we expected) in a stunning landscape. Of course spending the long dark nights in the outdoor pool was not only for our children an absolut highlight! (And eben seeing the northern lights one day!) Kjetil always answered immediately any question, just had some minor issues when we arrived in the dark. We would definitely like to come back one day!

Great apartment. Two bathrooms. Everything you need for a weekend stay and more is available in the apartment. The only downside for us is a super soft mattress on a double bed. Lots of dresser cabinets, TV, mixer, and lots of different things available in the apartment. Chargers for electric cars. The pool and common areas could be in better condition when it comes to cleanliness.

Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

Very good location with large and undisturbed cabin plot with absolutely stunning views! There are plenty of things you can do here for big and small. Especially nice to fish! The cabin itself is small, but has everything you need for amenities. There are several outdoor seating groups and a fun little cabin at the top of the button overlooking the entire fjord. The surrounding area, Vinnesholmen marina and the open air area are also very cozy. It's good to be here.

Astonishing! The place is amazing and the view is breathtaking! I have never seen anything like this! Johanne and Aleksander are more than responsive guests: there are proactive ones! Making sure we had enough wood for the fire and that everything was fine during our stay. The place is exactly as described but the view is beyond words! Probably one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at and I have done a few now. I am not sure I will visit Bergen again but if I ever do I will not stay anywhere else.

We had a lovely few days in this loving house. We were looking for peace and found Gunn, thanks for that. The view is priceless and you could sit by the window all day looking at the water. Who can sit comfortably on the sofa and see the northern lights dancing above the water. Gunn was very quick to respond to our questions and even though she was not on site, there was quick help. We didn't miss anything. The house has great amenities where you don't have to do without anything on vacation, even if you come by plane like us. Even without a car it is not a problem. By bus you are within 30-45 minutes incl. Walk in Bergen, depending on which bus you choose. We can only recommend this accommodation. Thanks for letting us be guests.

We had a very relaxing stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The music system sounds very good and is easy to use via the TV. The highlight is the cozy conservatory with direct views of the water and the islands. The terrace overlooking the water and the boat dock also invite you to relax. Truls is a very helpful, open and caring host who responded to us immediately with all questions.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation as close to nature as possible, this is the place to be. Britt was super sweet and helpful with all our questions. Photos can hardly show how beautiful the landscape is. Glad to come back
