overall great experience. very open space. enough room for whole family without feeling overwhelmed. stray kitchen layout for eating . They decorated for xmas . was a nice touch for holidays.

Great stay! The home is on a quiet lot surrounded by lots of trees. Fenced in back yard which our dog absolutely loved. The large deck off the side was lovely. Quiet, comfy place, convenient to the expressway and a quick drive to downtown.

My family had a great time at Emily’s place. Our toddler loved the toy room. There were plentiful high quality toys to keep any kid occupied. The space was very clean and as described. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Decatur Square, where we enjoyed all the amazing restaurants and cafes. It was so convenient to explore the area on foot. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay near Decatur Square. We’d love to return in the future!

Seans place was super clean and close to many attractions you might be interested in visiting (ex: Coca-Cola museum). It was nice and quiet at night and the bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Nancy is an amazing host and the house was beautiful. The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Would 10/10 recommend.

This place is exactly like the pictures! Very clean and spacious. The bed was also extremely comfy and I was able to sleep well. However, the kitchen could use some things like foil or clear wrap, and ziplocs, but they have your basic pots/pans, one 8x8 baking pan, utensils, etc. The host was also super fast to respond when I had trouble connecting to the app to let myself in, and they unlocked the door within 30 seconds! I would stay here again when visiting Atlanta :)

A hidden gem in Buckhead. We loved Michael’s place. He accommodated our need for an earlier check in and happily hosted our dog. Michael’s place is by far one of our favorite spots. Looking forward to booking here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Jenny was very friendly and accommodating. Her place is safe and private, felt right at home. She allowed us to use her EV charger which was helpful and convenient. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay over Christmas. We come back here usually twice a year to visit family and friends. The ability to bring our dog is a huge plus. The place is very comfortable, clean and nicely stocked. Dale continues to update and maintain inside and out.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. I would without a doubt recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Sandy Springs area!

This house was everything I expected! I was so pleased with how well the backyard was set up. The pool was a plus! I really loved the pit (perfect for s’mores) and the mini golf was fun. We didn’t use the grill, next time we will😜! All the rooms were clean and each room had a TV. The bathrooms were stocked with all the things you need. The video game made me feel like I was 10 years old again, I LOVE PAC-MAN!! My sisters and I will definitely book this home again and I have already recommended it to several of my friends. Book this home and you will be satisfied with what this Gem has to offer!!

Russ’s place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The upstairs bedroom was cozy and the king bed was warm and inviting. The neighborhood was walkable and close to Piedmont Park and several midtown restaurants and activities. Russ was the best! He got an adapter for our rental EV and was flexible with our check-out time. We’ll definitely look up Russ’s place on our next trip to Atlanta.

Place was great. Quite a few stairs so it is not right for everyone. Very convenient to Piedmont Hospital, which unfortunately, was the point of our visit. The building has multiple apartments, so it was a little confusing to find in the dark. Once you get there though, it is clean, well-appointed, and the beds are comfortable. The area felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Naomi’s home was extremely clean and homey. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. Naomi communicated well, and added special touches such as a bouquet of Tulips and Champagne for the New Year. The neighborhood was average, and quiet especially for a holiday. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants accessibility to downtown Atlanta as it was only approximately 15 minutes away. It was also near numerous hiking trails.

We had a great stay at Intown Cozy! The location and house were exactly what we needed for our weekend in Atlanta. Ross and Jean were great about providing information and very responsive- great to work with! The house was immaculate, well equipped, comfortable and thoughtfully and tastefully supplied and decorated with fun touches. The house had a nice deck and backyard space although we were visiting family and didn't use it. We had a great experience and we will definitely book again if needed.

Linda’s place was a great find! Close to State Farm Arena and extremely affordable. Everything was clean and tidy. I will definitely stay at Linda’s listings again!

I thought Tonya’ place was peaceful and what I needed for my lil dog and myself. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! She was also super friendly and thoughtful in letting me stay longer due to a snowstorm and letting the snow melt before I left for my safety. I appreciated that so very much.
