The place was exactly as shown in the pictures and it was nice to feel the owner trying to do his best to treat guests!

I had a good rest. It's right in front of Sookdae Station, so it has good accessibility.

This is such a great place in a really cool area. Insadong is a very good area for old style Korean architecture and food. The apartment (large and clean) is minutes from so many great eating places and 30min walk to myeong dong if that’s your jam.

It was good for 10 people and five couples to stay on a sunrise trip. It's a loft, and it's sensory and thoughtfully decorated and equipped in every corner. I had a good stay without any inconvenience. The sunrise spot is also right nearby, so it's about a 5-minute walk away. I came here to watch the hopeful sunrise of the new year. I'm afraid I'll go see the sunrise again next year haha

Absolutely recommend this gem of a place in Gangnam district Area! Extremely calm, well connected to metros and busses, many restaurants close by too! James is a fantastic host! In fact we booked it both when we first got to Seoul (we then travelled around Korea) and also on our last days before heading back to Europe. If I ever go back to Seoul, I’ll make sure to book this place again!!

The space was spacious, so it was good for multiple people to use together, and I was so satisfied that the number of rooms I thought was the most important thing, and more than 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there were two ss and one queen bed. On the second floor, there was a duvet, but the pad was not a thin duvet, but a pad that was more than 5cm thick, so it was comfortable. It was nice that all the amenities were prepared, and it was better than other accommodations that only thrived because the amenities were bought from the market products (Kerastin treatment, Dr.G foam cleansing, etc.) They gave me a lot of towels, so it was nice that I didn't have to notice the towels, and the size of the bathroom was so big that it was nice:) The outdoor space was tented, but the kerosene stove was warm, but the smell was strong, so I ate while going back and forth indoors. It was cold to play in the winter, but it was nice to be able to play while watching the stars ^_^ (I was able to buy enough barbecue equipment such as Auroragaru, charcoal, and gridiron at the nearby Hanaro Mart) Friendly host, good space, I strongly recommend it because you can relax in nature ~!

My wife and I have stayed at a dozen or more abnb's, although I'm not sure why my reviews don't show it. Anyhow, Tess was by far the #1 host we've ever dealt with in abnb or vrbo. Her communication and customer service is top notch! She explains everything in detail, and she even scheduled a driver who picked us up and dropped us off from the airport, including baggage assistance to and from the 15th floor abnb unit. Tess really is AMAZING. We would leave her 10 stars if we could. Her 15th floor studio is fairly spacious for Gangnam. The reason we selected this place was the full kitchen and washer/dryer (in-one). What we loved most about this unit was the convenience!!! In the building is an amazing knife-noodles and dumpling house, other restaurants, & convenience store. Best of all, as soon as you step outside the building, you're looking at the entry to gangnam station #5. It snowed a lot while we visited, and being right by the subway station made it easy to travel.
