A lovely getaway trip with the girls. We absolutely loved staying at the cottage. The place was lovely warm and cosy. Beautiful scenery to enjoy from looking out the window or going for a walk. We also went to the nearest pub for lunch which was only a 20 minute walk from the cottage - great opportunity to take pictures of the breathtaking views and look at some sheep!

Amazing cottage and host - really good experience overall! The cottage had everything we needed, and the hot tub was brilliant. Janice was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

what a wonderful weekend we had! the place was beautiful. we had such a great weekend and Tricia had stocked the place with games, toys and books for all ages. despite the weather there was plenty to do in the area and a park within walking distance even for a 16 month old. would highly recommend and definitely consider staying again!

Fantastic property in an ideal location

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had the best time! The hot tub was pre-heated as requested and the house was absolutely beautiful. Very quirky, interesting interior and spotless. My husband and I had a great stay at Lake House, we were delighted with the accommodation, everything neat and clean with all the rooms well presented. The kitchen is well equipped, and having Netflix, prime etc good for cosy night in! We chose to use the bedroom on the third floor, with the en-suite. Comfortable bed & lovely views of the lake! We throughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed over a New Years Eve and it was cosy warm and the theatre, sights, restaurants were just a short walk away. Stratford upon Avon is a town worth visiting. The house is well cut, nicely furnished and we can only recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. Our host, Gina, was extremely helpful and informative and made everything incredibly easy. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Gina had even decorated a Christmas Tree, which our kids very much enjoyed. We would 100% return again. Great host, great location, and great experience.
