Paradise by the sea. Here you will find tranquility, luxury and nature. Sauna and hot tub with sea view and glamping tent during warmer months. Swim, have a drink, go fishing, and read a book. Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to rowing boat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and rowing boat are available May-Sept.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.
