Our family enjoyed staying here so much! It was beautiful, relaxing and had everything we needed! Juliette is such a sweet person and I hope we can come back someday!

Arlene's place is an amazing location and extremely comfortable. So quiet and peaceful with the ocean and beaches just steps away. A great find!

I cannot praise this home enough. We had a group of 11 of us and the home is spacious, accommodating, and with a surprisingly very well equipped kitchen. The location is ideal being off highway 1, driving into the property was like driving onto our own private paradise while still being relatively close to San Francisco. Stefan was a great communicator and always fast to respond. It’s clear he takes pride in his home. We didn’t want to leave and are already looking at our calendars to see when we can return.

This house is amazing! Everything that reviewers say is absolutely true. The view is incredible. Sigward is an amazing host - a true expert of the area. Hiking, restaurants, stores - it’s all within very easy driving distances from the house. We absolutely loved our time at Muir Beach! Thanks, Sigward.

Good location and good property. Check in is electronic lock and no hassle. There is a very small parking spot that just fits a Tesla model Y. Note that expectation is for the guests to strip the sheets / take out the trash upon checkout.

We had a great stay at Matthew’s home! While there were a few hiccups along the way, Matthew’s attentiveness and quick response more than made up for them. He was thoughtful and proactive, which really made us feel taken care of. The house itself is cozy and welcoming, and the location is stunning. Even with a few challenges, we had a great experience and came away feeling like the host genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We loved our family holiday getaway in Moss Beach. Great access to nature and walking paths, nice restaurant nearby, and a fantastic view of the breakers. The TV didn't disappoint either. Recommended!

The heated pool and hot tub were the focus of this very successful vacation. There were 8 of us: a family of 4 from Oakland, (Mama, Papa, girl 7, girl 3), from Chicago - a couple 37 & 40, and from Martha's Vineyard, us, 75 & 79. The 3 bathrooms were great, and the kitchen was well equipped. We ordered out mostly, from Hawaiian and Mexican restaurants. We spent a day on the boardwalk, and another on the trail at Wilder Ranch, where cliffs overlook ledges with MANY sunning sea lions, The house is easy walking distance from a couple of beaches. During our winter stay, there were high tides, wind and surf warnings. The views were spectacular. Also instructive. The father took his daughters an early morning walk; they saw a woman swept from the beach across the pavement. She had bloody knees, but was otherwise fine, but she and her two equally insane friends came off the beach. I hope the girls will remember this vivid lesson when they grow up to be invulnerable teenagers. Doubt it.

Christian and Christine's home was pristine, beautiful, clutter-free, and so perfectly functional. In addition to having all the practical amenities listed (great A/C, beautiful kitchen, refreshing pool) there were some details that really came in handy while traveling and working there with a couple of young kids, such as: neatly organized toys and books, some unbreakable plates/cutlery for kids, a removable pool gate they setup for our stay, and the separate sauna / work space that allowed me to work uninterrupted with the kids at the house. They were so responsive and helpful, going so far as to anticipate our questions with a check-in document. I felt I could reach out with any questions or concerns and they would get back to me within less than a day, but nothing came up during our stay with any urgency. Their house is meticulously maintained without being delicate -- definitely a wonderful place to stay that I'd highly recommend to anyone and to which we'd love to return.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on Kristen’s beautiful property with our two kids and my parents. The cottage is beautifully appointed with a great sunny deck and very comfortable beds and linens. The property is amazing and we loved exploring the hiking trails and private beach and watching the sunrise. The kids also loved the trampoline. The house is in a very private location but it’s just a short drive to downtown Tiburon, which has lots of charming restaurants and stores. Kristen and Athena were wonderful hosts - very welcoming and responsive.

We loved our stay! It was clear that a lot of thoughtfulness was put into making the apartment as comfortable, convenient, and clean as possible. The kitchen was stocked with tools, dinnerware, drink ware, etc. anything you needed to feel at home. Bathrooms are modern, clean, and adorable. Beds and linens were hotel worthy. Lot of storage available for those who need it. We came in the winter and we're pleasant try surprised how well insulated the apartment was. We didn't need to turn on the heaters in any of the rooms and we were able to enjoy the gas fireplace. We loved how spacious and long the balcony was. We all spent time reading and enjoying the beachview both nights on the balcony.

Extremely happy with the house. Adrienne was super easy to deal with, accommodating and responsive. Instructions were clear and the house was well represented. Myself and 3 friends used it as a base for a cycling get together. Garage worked great to store and stage our bikes. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. The filtered hot/cold water was awesome for my AeroPress coffee. Can't really nit-pick anything. I initially was concerned about noise (as I am very sensitive to it) given the property is on Blithedale Ave. but once inside, the traffic noise was minimal and imperceptible once in the bedrooms. I'd highly recommend Adrienne and this rental and will likely use it again myself.

The view is better than pictured and the hosts truly thought of everything to make our stay easy. It’s a quick walk down to the beach where you will find good coffee and food, and great spots for picnics on the beach. We are already talking about going back! Don’t hesitate, book this home.

Jerome and Lisa were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. They have such a beautiful and unique home, with a killer view! Everything was clean for us and their home is very comfortable. The backyard space was a peaceful oasis, perfect for hanging out by the pool or sitting in the sunshine! Thank you Jerome and Lisa!

Sarah's place was such a vibe! Could see the ocean's view in the backyard, and very near to the beach if you want to take a stroll. Also well located with Safeway just 5 mins away. About 30 mins to SF, and 20 mins to Half Moon Bay. Quiet neighborhood which was great for us.

This is an extraordinary place. The house sits above the others on the ridge, so there are unobstructed views in every direction. The yard is a stunning mature garden with trees the owner played in as a child. The kitchen is enormous and there is so much living space! I never wanted to go out, but we were 10 minutes from both old growth redwoods AND beach walks! I can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay. The home itself is gorgeous with so much natural light, and the amenities were top-notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the e-bikes and hot tub! We can’t wait to come back!

The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The ambiance of the house is warm and cozy. So many amenities were available including the indoor fireplace, the outdoor grill and fire pit, as well as bikes for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for dining. Even though it was a bit cold, the outdoor heater made it warm enough to stay outside at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved the house and we really hope to come again.

This is the 3rd Stinson house we have rented and the best! The location: on the beach, closest to town possible, easy parking, beautiful views from inside or out, perfect interior layout. We rent 3 to 4 house each year for our family of 7, ( I figure cheaper and more flexible than owning a vacation home) Tahoe for Christmas, Santa Cruz before Thanksgiving, Lake Arrowhead this summer and Hawaii for Thanksgiving 2025. Unlike a lot of places we stay, Jeff's place had good stuff! Beach chairs/toys, fry pans and utensils and good kitchen lighting! The place feels well cared for and supported! We hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Jon's. The location is great, quiet, easy walk to Capitola Beach. A classic beach place with comfortable beds and a nice patio out back for relaxing. We would stay again on our next trip to Capitola.

We had a wonderful time at Alla’s place! Our group of seven (including some seniors) all felt right at home. Lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to the shore and food meant we barely used our cars. We would absolutely stay again!
