We loved our nine day stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The whole neighborhood was so laid back and full of kids of all ages playing so nicely. Everyone friendly. Allegra and her family were charming and helpful. What we loved most was our short walk to two amazing trails and then short walks to any beach we wanted to go to. Loved it. The beds were very comfortable too. We admit we loved the raucous cries of the roosters very early every morning. A charming place.

Amazing Stay in Oahu – Highly Recommend! Our family had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The house was beautifully maintained and packed with thoughtful amenities, especially for beach lovers—everything from beach chairs and a trolley to surfboards, life jackets, and snorkeling gear was provided. Inside, the home was just as impressive, featuring a fantastic game room, a relaxing hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. Ricardo was an exceptional host—responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. He provided great local recommendations and even surprised us with anniversary and birthday balloons upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch. While the home isn’t in the heart of the touristy areas, it’s perfect for those who don’t mind a drive to explore Oahu’s more popular spots. The peaceful location, combined with all the fantastic amenities, made for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Oahu!! 🌺

This place was great. We initially struggled bc we arrived at night, late, exhausted and disoriented, with skis (who takes skis to Hawaii?) We had one door that wouldn’t lock and I messaged him 8am and he had it fixed with in an hour. But once we settled in it was Devine!

Look no further, this is the place you want to be at! I can’t say enough good things about Vijay, his home, and the location. He is very generous with amenities and his time. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We instantly felt right at home. The pictures of the home are accurate, and more spacious than I imagined. The beds were comfy and my family of five adults slept very well with room to spare. This home is kid friendly as well. We were greeted every morning with a gorgeous sunrise peeking over the oceans edge that you can see through the front windows or take a few steps to the quiet beach for a breathtaking view. One of our favorite things was having so much beach to ourselves. You have convenient access to the main highway that takes you around the island. All island activities are easily accessible from this location, so though it’s away from the hustle and bustle, you can easily get out for activities all over the island, then come back to rest and relax.

The home was beautiful with an even more beautiful views of the mountains. Very peaceful and quiet which was something we wanted. The Hosts were very helpful with us checking in and out. The home came complete with everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience here! It’s away from all hustle and bustle which is exactly what we were looking for. The house was amazing, Amanda was very kind and friendly. They had everything you would need (including beach supplies!) I will definitely book this place when I come back to Hawaii!

Makaha’s Hidden Gem by Kalo Homes is truly a slice of paradise tucked away in the serene and breathtaking Makaha Valley on Oahu’s stunning west side. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of tranquility that made our stay unforgettable. The property itself is a perfect blend of modern comfort and Hawaiian charm. The open-concept living space is beautifully designed, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer stunning views of the lush mountains and vibrant greenery. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and we loved enjoying them on the spacious lanai while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The bedrooms were cozy and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and soft linens that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms were clean and modern, with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries provided. One of the highlights of the home was the outdoor shower, which felt like a luxurious treat after a day

Timmy’s listing was very accurate and he was very responsive! - Awesome location and apartment was well thought out (efficient use of space, lots of storage for clothes, toiletries, other belongings, etc). - Really appreciated the beach accessories provided (sand toys, boogie boards, small cooler, 1 beach chair) There were even 2 umbrella strollers. - Beautiful views when waking up in the morning. Kitchen was good for simple meals (hot plate available) Stayed with 2 young kids and would stay there again for the value.

Love the location and place! Fit our family of 5 with a private space (bedroom), hallway with doors to separate areas. It didn’t feel like a hotel more like a studio. Place was clean and the AC worked really well. Loved the shower lots of water pressure. Big TVs and all the streaming available. Great view to sunrise. Balcony space to have breakfast or a recap at the end of the day with your favorite drink. Kitchen perfect to cook. You also had the option to taste food from the restaurant downstairs. Easy to get in and out and to find parking lot. Check in was easy and receptionist are very friendly, it is also well secured. Pool area awesome and can grill if you want. Theme was so cute, my girls love Disney. Welcomed with water and chocolates. Plenty of towels and any basic needs provided. Let us check in early without a problem or extra fees. Would stay here over and over! I will be sharing this place with our friends and family.

Great location to Waikiki Beach. Had everything that you needed for the beach, towels, chairs etc.. Close to shops and restaurants and of course food trucks. ABC store around the corner as well as the bus stop to get to Pearl Harbour which we took. Well equipment kitchen to make meals. Gas stove which we loved. Overall loved the condo. And would recommend to other people.

Nice and clean place to stay! Check in was super easy and the location is close enough to walk to the main Waikīkī area. Would totally stay here again!

Great place to stay with groups or families. Walkable to the shops, beach and eateries downstairs. Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom location. The responsiveness of Vince was excellent to any questions and help we needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Waikiki for a vacation.

A great spot! My girlfriend and I stayed here 6 nights and it felt right at home. It felt cozy and welcoming right as we entered. We both loved it! Got a little noisy around night time but that was expected staying in the center of downtown. So much to do around the area and having a designated parking spot was super convenient! 10/10 stay and would recommend to anybody. Loved our stay!

Absolutely one of the best vacational rentals I ever had. The pictures did not do the place justice - the ocean view from the unit is way better than in the photos. All furnitures and appliances are brand new, and the standing desk was my favorite, for working remotely with ocean view in the background. Super clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the lagoon, the beach, and the very nice local shopping plaza. Would come back.

This is a great, clean 2BR condo, conveniently located in Honolulu with lots of great food and entertainment within walking distance! It is close to the airport and there is easy and flexible check in and check out! The only downside is that since it is in a busy part of Honolulu, there is a lot of noise from the streets below. I would love to stay here again!

Fantastic location and place to stay! Rosie was very responsive and her place was clean, spacious, and had everything we could ever want and more! A lot of thought went into her hosting - such as beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, toiletries in the bathroom were fully stocked, etc. She also set out snacks and a birthday sign for my trip, which was very thoughtful! I would 1000% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. It was such a great place to come back to for rest after a day of adventuring! It was very home-y and just a great spot!! This place is in a fabulous location for shopping, restaurants and buses. The views are breathtaking - the photos don’t do it justice. This is an older style apartment building (and plenty of residents around) but this is obviously why it is such a good price. The apartment balcony is fabulous and the aircon worked well, the beds were comfy, the room big enough for 4 guests and quite well sound proofed. A little bit of a walk to the beach but didn’t matter to us as the pool is fabulous, great sun deck (in sun most of the day which is hard to find in Waikiki as it gets built up) and plenty of space for kids to run around on the large lanai overlooking the canal. Awesome sauna and hot tub too. Check out the great affordable breakfast place in the lobby. Located on Seaside Avenue you will find Ross Dress for Less and a great outdoor bar/restaurant cuckoo coconuts just a few minutes away. Looking for extended stay or budget conscious this is your place!

This place was amazing! Tracy had everything we needed for beach days and the location has some great restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and convenience store right inside the building. The building was also super walkable and all the the tours have pick up locations steps away from the front entrance. The place was also super clean and Tracy was very accommodating and helpful. Really felt at home here and will be visiting again!

Kelsey’s place worked out great! Everything was as described. The location to the North Shore is perfect. Looking forward to staying again.

Ryan’s place was perfect for everything we needed. We were next to the zoo so quieter which is what we prefer. We were close to a pick up for Pearl Harbor and close to the freeway for our trips hiking. The 10th floor was amazing for sunsets.

Good location, clean condo, plenty of towels, and comfortable bed. Only 15 min walk to Kalakaua Ave. Parking was $33 a day across the street from the Ilikai building. You can pay up to five days in advance, which I highly recommend if you’re getting a rental. We had a small inconvenience when trying to iron our clothes for a wedding, but Jaqueline provided a contact number for us. Someone quickly stopped by to drop off another functioning iron which was nice. Overall great condo. We enjoyed it!

We had an awesome stay at this Airbnb. The location is amazing, with it being just a few minutes from the nearest beach it makes it really easy to catch sunrises and sunsets. The communication was very clear and the hosts were always available to answer questions or give guidance if needed. We’d always come back here
