Holiday rentals with a patio in Haiku

We couldn't have asked for more with this location! First floor, right by the pool and gas grills. The beach chairs in the unit made our stay that much more relaxing. The kitchen utensils, pot & pans, and soap/pods were great! Everything that we needed for a lovely stay!

Our unit was clean and well maintained. The mattress was very comfortable. We enjoyed the table on the lanai for breakfast and lunch. Pool was quiet and had plenty of chairs. Several places to eat nearby that you can walk to.

The listing said "partial ocean view" but I thought that was being less than what you get. If you look straight from the balcony, you see the beach and to the right a lot of ocean and Lanai Island. Place was comfortable but some of the "directions" we not correct. The check-in at front desk is just to get pool pass but I didn't see why it was necessary (not locked during the day). The next BIG thing to note about this property is that they have really weird numbering. Go to the left off elevator for the even numbered property (which this is). Totally weird. Also note that the "beach" is not that wide but wide enough for the provided beach chairs. This is just nature changing the beach line. The place is close to grocery and restaurants on that side of the island. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Enjoy!

Cute little condo that looks exactly like the pictures! Super walkable area and the home was in immaculate shape. It is in a large complex with multiple pools, and has lots of amenities inside the home like cooler, boogie boards, etc. Our only “complaint” is that the back bedroom does not get nearly as cool as the living room/kitchen, which maintains the temp set on the ac unit. We ended up sleeping on the pullout, as even with all provided fans on, it stayed in the mid 70s in the bedroom. The host is very prompt in her responses and was very friendly and easy to work with!

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Kihei! The proximity to restaurants was awesome and the apartment was well-appointed for a day at the beach which is right across the street.

Malia's apartment was all that we could hope for! Exactly as described on the listing. The view off the deck on to the beach and ocean was the highlight. Up on the top floor, very private. Beautiful sunsets! The apartment is clean and nicely renovated. Two full bathrooms is nice. A/C works well when needed. This place is so much better than staying in a resort; much more privacy. Parking was easy and the elevator works quickly and the laundry station is easy to use with phone app control. Town of Kihei is fantastic. Everything is right there, from high end restaurants to breweries to classic plate lunch food trucks. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Good value in this price range.

This Airbnb was perfect for our stay in Maui. We felt very comfortable staying here and would recommend it to anyone! Melissa was so kind in her interactions and we would absolutely stay in one of her condos when visiting Maui again in the future.

Great host the place was exactly as described. there is no kitchen so just plan to eat out. but there's wave boards and snorkels available. The Maui Banyan property is one of the few actually and properly zoned to allow short term rentals, and it shows. The grounds are well maintained with blooming flowers and cut grass. Makes the 5 minute walk to the beach even more enjoyable.

This was our second stay. We returned because we find it a great place to stay on the north shore.

The place is beautiful! It feels like it's out of a dream. The views from the balcony at night up at the stars are breathetaking! The drive up through the country side was amazing. You really get to see a different side of Maui. The host was quick to respond, very friendly, and made us feel more than welcome. The way we were greeted upon arrival couldn't have been any better. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic and memorable stay at Doug's place in Kihei. You can't beat the location--right in Kihei yet set back down a private road and right on the beach. The views out of the windows are amazing, and within a short walk your feet are in the sand, at the ocean's edge where turtles are peaking their cute little heads out consistently. We even encountered a turtle lounging on the beach! The house is stocked with the basics: plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, nice towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and with the windows open and the fans on, the island breeze keeps the house very comfortable. Doug also has beach chairs and an umbrella for easy lounging. Highly recommend Doug's place!

We had a wonderful time at Ashley and Mike's condo,it has all the basics you need and great location half block to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

I travelled to Maui with my husband, 3 kids and mom. We had a fabulous time! Sujata provided recommendations to nearby amenities before we checked in and throughout our stay as well. She was very responsive to our needs. There were some pool noodles and chairs in a bin outside to use for the beach but not much else for the kids. I reached out to Sujata and she promptly offered to bring by some sand toys along with puzzles, books and toys for our kids during our stay. It was much appreciated! We cooked most of our meals, including lunch and supper. A few things that could have been helpful to have would have been sharp knives, scissors, cutting board, to go containers or bags, ice packs, etc. we made do with what we had and purchased some containers for beach lunches. The bbq was great and the hot tub was fun! Our kids loved an evening dip after a day of activities. There is a school across the street so pick up and drop off hours were busy on the street but the yard is very private.

Fantastic stay . Perfect location and everything you would need for a great holiday . Everything was new and clean and cannot really fault anything . Sidney was very responsive to any queries . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay !

Excellent location, right in the heart of Kihei. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance and right across the beach with beautiful sunsets that can be watched directly from the balcony. Hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating in any way imaginable. Very great deal when considering the location and the accommodations. The unit had all of the necessities, including beach gear, kitchen, utensils, and some special tokens of gratitude from the hosts upon arrival. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a central location with close beach access for a reasonable cost.

Dmitry was very kind and so easy to communicate with. The place was as beautiful as the pictures and very clean. The condo is very well located, so many great restaurants and the beach is few minutes away. We loved it and recommend it!

Such a wonderful hiding gem! We stayed here with our family of 4 which included a 2.5 year old and 6 month old. The condo supplied EVERYTHING and more that we needed to accommodate our kiddos. • Beach wagon, chairs and toys. • An infant Bumbo chair with tray insert (this was overwhelmingly nice to be hands free of our infant). Quick and easy access/walk to the beach. Our little were so happy the whole time and being so close made for quick trips back and forth for naps. Beautiful open yard with great views and comforting feeling of privacy at the same time. Melissa was so sweet and communicative during our stay. This is our 5th trip to Maui and would rate this our favorite spot we’ve stayed so far. We will for sure book again in the future!

So private and quiet. I feel asleep on the beach and woke up to Turtles at my feet! Amazing.

This is a perfect place to stay while visiting Maui. All the positive reviews are right on point so I won't repeat them and Dan is an awesome wonderful host. The location is perfect close to everything and this was probably the best-stocked Airbnb with everything you need to feel at home. We can't wait to return.
