Townhouse holiday rentals in Hải Châu District

While we were only here for two nights, we felt right at home with the incredible hospitality. The host was very warm and welcoming. She gave us umbrellas while it rained and we could do laundry for very cheap. The location was great as it was quiet but very walkable to the busy nightlife and markets.

We had an excellent stay. Everything was as promised. Very convenient and hospitable

Vuong was clear and communicative. Our trip was a last minute switch from another location due to a natural disaster there, and we weren’t as prepared as normal. They helped us with various other things to understand and see/do. The peaceful location by the river was nice - the only drawback being the nearby rooster that wakes up early and with some fanfare!

If you visit Hoi An, you MUST stay here. This is right along the river in the Ancient city. The hosts will collect you from the airport, bring you and your bags here, and deliver concierge-level service. Trust their recommendations and you’ll have the trip of a lifetime!

Hoi An offers a unique blend of local agricultural life and tourist attractions, centered around its beautiful ancient town. In addition to the town, Hoi An features peaceful, uncrowded beaches. Do River Homestay is ideally located between the ancient town and the beaches, both accessible by foot or bicycle. If you think Hoi An is just about the ancient town, you're missing out on its serene nature and lush rice and vegetable fields, which offer an experience rarely found in big cities. For a deeper appreciation of Hoi An, I recommend staying longer in a place like Do River Homestay, where you can closely observe local village life. The homestay provides functional facilities, cozy rooms in a separate building from the host’s house, and renovated, well-maintained bathrooms. The host is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about what guests seek. I stayed for a month and enjoyed a very comfortable and enriching experience.

Find a room at the deadline and time of fire, so I don't hope much, but as soon as my friend checked in, the owner was very enthusiastic and informed.

Linh is a very friendly host, initially there were some temporary entry issues with the key and digital locking system, but Linh came over to sort it out. Thereafter entry and exit became very smooth. Her place is very comfortable, all electrical gadgets, kitchen equipment, room inventory, bathroom and the living room was excellent. I can not hold myself to appreciate that small cute looking oven. This size, never seen it before. I wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the roomy bedroom and the living area. Keep it up Linh. I strongly recommend this property.

This is a very wonderful B&B with a large, tidy and clean room. The host is also very nice.You can sit and have a drink on the rooftop, where we drank alcohol.

Room is neat and clean. Convenient location to move to the center, near the sea. Friendly host, quick response, reasonable room price. Will come back next time.

Nice apartment, a lot of space. The area around is close to main restaurants, coffee shops and bars (~700m). Air conditioning is OK, hot water is the shower is OK. Phuoc Quoc is a good host, polite and pleasant to talk to. We met for signing contract purpose only (this is a requirement from Vietnamese police). Check-in was by ourselves, the keys were in the locker with a code.

We are group of 14 people stayed at this Villa for a week. The host is very helpful and responsive. He gave us free 1 time transport from the Airport to the Villa. The place is as describe and we all had a great comfortable stay. Truly feels at home. Having full kitchen is a plus to us as we are able to cook and the host arranged a new rice cooker to use. There is nearby local market about 10 mins walk to get the fresh fish,seafoods,chicken,meat and ingredients. Also able to arrange 16 seater van to transport to interesting places around Da Nang such as Bana Hill,Hoi An and DaNang round city tour for a reasonable price. Also rented motorcycle from the host to go around the city. Thanks again Mr Tuân Anh.

A marvellous stay. Thao was always available for her guests and very pleasant with it. I did have one regret though: I didn't book for longer. The lunar new year (tet) celebrarion meant she was fully booked. But return? In a heartbeat. Thanks Thao.

This is a great find. The view from the balcony is lovely and the room itself is very comfortable. I worked remotely from the room looking over Hoi An old town for a few hours before heading out. The night market is 2min walk & the location for restaurants was perfect. The main strip of bars is close too, but far enough away that it’s peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ann's place is a hidden gem. Cozy, clean, beautiful. Communication was perfect, and Ann arranged my check-in at 7 AM after a horrible night in a sleeper bus. I should mention that the hosts had to remove some of the furniture from the terrace, so it didn't really match the photos, but it didn't bother me much. Other than that, it was an exemplary experience of AirBNB hospitality, 6 stars out of 5.

The room is clean and everything works well. The location is outside of the busy streets but everything is accessible. Trang answer rapidly to our question and give a good customer service. Nice stay!
