Each room is lovingly furnished with cosy, high-quality pieces, blending comfort with a touch of elegance. Whether you’re gathering together or seeking a quiet nook, the layout offers both connection and private spaces to unwind - our new sprawling lounge setting creates a super cosy and social atmosphere!

Sleep Soundly: Three inviting bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom also offers a queen, and the third has twin beds.

Freshen Up: A main bathroom features a rain shower over the tub, with three separate toilets/ powder rooms located across each level for convenience. The outdoor shower in the garden is perfect for rinsing off after outdoor adventures.

Cook & Connect: A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric stovetop, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and pantry basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee). Gather around the large dining table and spill out onto the balcony.

Work & Play: Whether you're in the mood for games, a good book, or some light laptop work, you'll find plenty of inviting spots and comfy corners throughout the house and garden to work, unwind, or just kick back and enjoy.

Outdoors: Relax on the balcony while soaking in peaceful river views, fire up the BBQ in the garden, or enjoy a friendly game of bocce and totem tennis on the expansive lawn. With 750sqm of fully fenced grounds and lush gardens, the property is perfect for kids and pets to play safely.

Pet Policy: We’re thrilled to welcome your furry friends! Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are invited to join, but please keep them supervised, off furniture and beds, and note that owners are responsible for any damage.

Parking: There is ample space for parking within the secure driveway. Please avoid parking on the verge or the river reserve.
