Perfectly positioned between Perth, Mandurah and Dwellingup.

The space
Beautifully arranged across three private levels, River House combines contemporary A-frame architecture, light-filled interiors and uninterrupted views of the Murray River bank. Designed for slower stays, the home balances generous shared spaces with peaceful corners for reading, resting and taking in the peaceful surrounds.

At its heart, the open-plan living and dining area features soaring double-height ceilings and flows seamlessly onto the balcony, where mornings begin with coffee overlooking the riverbank and evenings unfold over sunset drinks as the light fades through the trees. Thoughtfully curated furnishings, natural textures and a calming palette create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Sleep Soundly: Three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, including two queen bedrooms and a twin room. Designed with rest and relaxation in mind, each space offers a quiet retreat after a day spent exploring the Murray Region.

Cook, Dine & Unwind: The fully equipped kitchen is designed for relaxed entertaining, complete with an oven, electric cooktop, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and pantry essentials. Prepare local produce, share long lunches around the dining table, or linger on the balcony with a glass of wine overlooking the riverbank.

Outdoor Living: Set within 750sqm of fully fenced gardens, River House invites guests to embrace the outdoors. Enjoy a game of bocce or totem tennis, and fire up the BBQ for a relaxed afternoon. The peaceful setting offers a rare sense of space, privacy and connection to nature.

Freshen up: The main bathroom features a rain shower over bath, complemented by three separate powder rooms located across each level. An outdoor shower provides a refreshing way to rinse off after riverside walks and outdoor adventures.

Thoughtful Extras: Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV, books, board games, picnic baskets and outdoor games are all provided. A port-a-cot and highchair are available on request (bedding not included), along with ample secure off-street parking.

Pet Policy: We’re delighted to welcome your furry companions. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are invited to join you however, we ask that they remain supervised at all times and are kept off furniture and beds - please remember to pack their own bedding. Kindly note that owners are responsible for any damage caused during the stay, and we ask that you pick up after your dogs in the garden.

Parking: There is ample space for parking within the secure driveway. Please avoid parking on the verge or the river reserve.
