Relax with the whole family (including furry ones) at our peaceful beach house getaway. Enjoy free fast Wi-Fi for easy streaming and remote working, smart TVs, pool table, table tennis, darts, board games, lawn games, toys and books to keep the troops entertained.

A booking with us includes clean bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap - you can pack light and just enjoy! We also provide for the usual cooking basics, coffee/tea, dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.

The space
Smiths Beach Bungalow is our family beach house retreat! It's the ideal spot to unwind with family and friends. Accommodating up to 4 adults, 4 children, and 2 small pets, our home offers something for everyone.

It's just a short walk to the stunning YCW and Smiths Beaches (that's why you're here right?). The Grand Prix Circuit is just down the road, and everything else on Phillip Island is just a short drive away.


★ FANTASTIC LOCATION

Nestled on a peaceful street only a short stroll from both YCW and Smiths Beaches, known for their relaxed vibe, great surf and calm waters - perfect for swimming, beachcombing, or just soaking up the sun.

Aside from ducking down to the beach for a morning or arvo swim (or bring/hire a board for a surf), we are located centrally on the island so you can drive to nearly everything in around 10mins. That includes the Grand Prix Circuit, Penguin Parade, Wildlife Parks, A Maze N Things, Go Carts, Golf Clubs, Clip n Climb, Ten Pin Bowling, Boating, Fishing, Nature Reserve walks, Wineries, Breweries, and Cowes shops and restaurants.


★ INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING

The open-plan living area, just off the kitchen, features a breakfast bar, dining table and comfy couch - perfect for family movie nights around the wood-burning fireplace on cooler evenings (please bring your own firewood, or pick some up on the way). Split system aircon is also ready to keep the living area comfortable at all times.

Step outside to the sun-soaked entertaining deck, complete with a BBQ and ample seating - ideal for al fresco dining. After a day at the beach, freshen up with a rinse in the outdoor shower - the perfect way to cool off and unwind. The fenced yard is also pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to enjoy the space too!


★ MODERN KITCHEN

Our fully equipped kitchen has all the modern conveniences you’ll need for easy meals, whether you’re cooking up a family feast or preparing snacks or an island adventure lunch. With an oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and all the essentials, you’ll feel right at home.


★ BONUS GAMES ROOM

Rainy days or quiet evenings are transformed into memorable moments in our games room. Located in the converted garage, it features a pool table, dart board, table tennis, TV, built-in Bluetooth speaker system, board games, and a collection of books and toys.


★ BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen bed with natural light flooding the room through a large window. A built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage for longer stays, while bedside tables offer convenience for phone charging, books, and other personal items.

Bedroom 2 offers a peaceful retreat with views overlooking the back deck and spacious yard. It features a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table for easy storage and convenience.

Bedroom 3 is designed with kids in mind, featuring single bunk beds that comfortably sleep up to four children. It also includes a dresser for clothes storage and plenty of space under the beds for bags and holiday gear.


★ BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 in the main house includes a luxurious bath and shower, with a separate toilet just across the hallway.

Bathroom 2 is located off the Games Room, also with separate toilet nearby. It is a very handy second shower option for the kids, or if coming back from a surf.


★ PETS

We welcome up to 2 small pets (please check with us if you have a larger pet), and the fully enclosed yard provides a safe space for them to play. Guests are asked to clean up after their pets and keep them under control during the stay.

Please note that some areas including the shed and a couple of locked closets will be off-limits - they are used for storing cleaning and maintenance items. Everything else is yours to enjoy during your stay.
