Whether you’re travelling with family, friends or your partner, enjoy your own slice of paradise at this beautiful, 2 bedroom villa with pool, nestled amongst the palm trees.
Just a 5 minute walk from Kabalana Beach and plenty of surf spots.

Relax at Secret Spot Villa, your own private open plan villa, complete with A/C, double height ceilings & swimming pool.

The perfect base for families, couples or a group of friends.

It’s ideal for surfers too, with 4 breaks within easy walking distance!

The space
Natural light fills the open plan layout with double height ceilings, and all the rooms open up onto the pool and garden area, with large sliding patio doors.

Outside there is plenty of space to relax, top up your tan and enjoy a swim in the pool, or maybe a spot of yoga.

The 2 bedrooms are en suite and situated at either end of the villa - leading into the spacious, open plan kitchen, dinning and living room area.

Expect all the creature comforts of home - with A/C throughout, along with ceiling fans too, 200mbps fibre optic broadband, premium yoga mats, and even a smart TV if you fancy a lazy night in.

For travelling surfers we've got a dedicated board rack in each bedroom and outdoor shower - so you can easily rinse off after a day at the beach.

The double height ceilings throughout the villa mean you can stand a 9'4 longboard upright anywhere as well, as well as keeping things light and cool too of course!

Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire villa complex, including garden and pool, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tropical Sri Lankan climate, whether you’re travelling with friends, family or partner.

There is also a parking area for one car or tuk tuk within the villa gate, which is lockable.

Please note this villa has a strict no pets policy.

Private airport transfers can be arranged, prices vary on group size and if you're bringing boards with you, so drop us a message for pricing.

SURF PACKAGES:

If you're looking to learn to surf, or push your skills to the next level, we've partnered up with the crew at Ticket To Ride Surf House to offer our guests a discounted surf package at £389pp which includes the following:

Daily breakfast (at the Surf House)
5 evening meals (at the Surf House)
5 day surf package (inc coaching, guiding, theory and photo/video analysis)
All surf equipment

The Surf House is just around the corner and the surf package includes a daily lessons and guided free surf.

Please note: Only available for Sat-Sat bookings.

If you’re not staying for a week, or just want a single surf lesson, these can also be organised as group or private lessons

CLEANING:

If your stay is 3 nights or less a clean isn't included.

Stays up to 5 nights long have a mid stay clean (mop, sweep and bin emptying.)

Stays 6 nights and longer also have at least one mid stay clean along with a fresh set of sheets and towels.

If you require extra cleans or fresh sheets/towels during your stay this is chargeable and subject to availability. We usually require 24 hours notice, but will do our best to accomodate your request where possible.

LAUNDRY:

Although there isn’t a washing machine at the Villa, we can arrange for a laundry service if you do need any washing done during your stay

SECURITY:

We also have a night security guard on site from 6pm - 6am

Situated in a quiet, local part of Ahangama just a 5 minute walk from the front door to the famous Kabalana Beach. Set back from the main road, it's a chilled area, with a lovely stroll through the palm trees.
We've got some super friendly neighbours who are always keen for a chat!
For those wanting to surf there are 4 spots within an easy walk (Kabalana, The Rock, Sticks and Marshmallows) with heaps of other spots just a short tuk tuk ride away
