This newly constructed and gorgeously furnished property is only seven minutes from charming Bridgetown.

It sleeps up to eight in its four bedrooms, and has expansive views of the valley both from inside and from the large deck.

The house sits elevated above the valley on two acres.

The space
The property has the following accommodation:
- Main suite with King Bed, ensuite and walk in robe
- Second bedroom with Queen Bed
- Third bedroom with Queen Bed
- Fourth bedroom with 2x King Single Beds (2nd TV)

The large open plan main area includes:

- a full-size Kitchen with dishwasher and generous island bench.

- a Dining Area with an eight seater dining table.

- a Lounge Area including the TV and two large couches with a wood combustion fire heater.

There is also reverse cycle air conditioning to the main area.

The property also includes a second bathroom with separate toilet and a full-sized laundry.

The front verandah is generously sized with two outdoor couches.
