Sleep Soundly: Three inviting bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom also offers a queen, and the third has twin beds. Designed specifically for kids and teens, the Rumpus Room features three sets of bunk beds.
Rumpus Room: A bright, playful hideaway for kids and teens - think nostalgic summer camp vibes with loads of games, direct access to the secure garden, Chromecast TV, rugs and bean bags. Tucked away from the main house, it’s a cosy and fun-filled world of their own.
Freshen Up: A main bathroom features a rain shower over the tub, with three separate toilets/ powder rooms located across each level for convenience. The outdoor shower in the garden is perfect for rinsing off after outdoor adventures.
Cook & Connect: A fully equipped open plan kitchen with an oven, electric stovetop, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and pantry basics (olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee). Gather around the large dining table, spill out onto the balcony and lounge setting.

Open Flame Policy: For safety, open fires (including candles and fire pits) are not permitted due to local bushfire regulations.
Pet Policy: We’re delighted to welcome your furry companions. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are invited to join you however, we ask that they remain supervised at all times and are kept off furniture and beds - so please remember to pack their own bedding. Kindly note that owners are responsible for any damage caused during the stay, and we ask that you pick up after your dogs in the garden.
Parking: There is ample space for parking within the secure driveway. Please avoid parking on the verge or the river reserve.
