The space
Beautifully arranged across three private levels, River House combines contemporary A-frame architecture, light-filled interiors and uninterrupted views of the Murray River bank. Designed to balance connection with quiet retreat, the home offers generous spaces for gathering alongside peaceful corners to relax and recharge.

At its heart, the open-plan living and dining area features soaring double-height ceilings and flows seamlessly onto the balcony, where slow mornings begin with coffee overlooking the riverbank and evenings unfold over sunset drinks with family and friends. Thoughtfully curated furnishings, a generous sprawling lounge and calming natural surrounds create a welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Sleep Soundly: Three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, with two queen bedrooms and a twin room thoughtfully designed for restful stays.

For families, the rumpus room provides a separate retreat dedicated for kids and teens, featuring three sets of bunk beds, games, bean bags, Chromecast TV and direct access to the secure garden - bringing nostalgic summer camp energy to every stay. It's a space designed for sleep-over movie nights, rainy-day adventures and memories of their own.

Cook, Gather & Connect: The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy entertaining, complete with an oven, electric cooktop, large fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and pantry essentials. Gather around the dining table, linger over a drink and grazing board on the balcony or enjoy relaxed evenings cooking and sharing meals together. - Please note there is no dishwasher at the property.

Outdoor Living: Set within 750sqm of fully fenced gardens and lawn, River House offers plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors. Challenge the family to a game of bocce or totem tennis or fire up the BBQ for a relaxing afternoon. The secure grounds make the property ideal for both children and dogs.

Freshen up: The main bathroom features a rain shower over bath, complemented by three separate powder rooms located across each level. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after riverside walks and outdoor adventures.

Pet Policy: We’re delighted to welcome your furry companions. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are invited to join you however, we ask that they remain supervised at all times and are kept off furniture and beds - please remember to pack their own bedding. Kindly note that owners are responsible for any damage caused during the stay, and we ask that you pick up after your dogs in the garden.

Parking: There is ample space for parking within the secure driveway. Please avoid parking on the verge or the river reserve.
