CONDO RULES AND REGULATIONS
(MAKE READING A HABIT)
STRICTLY NO ID, NO CHECK-IN.
SAFETY RULES
1. Absolutely NO SMOKING in any room or area of the unit. This is a non-smoking unit. Any signs of smoking, including lingering odor or ashes, will result in a penalty fee of ₱3,000 to ₱5,000 for deep cleaning and odor removal. This applies to both tobacco and vape products.
2. Absolutely no incense or candles. They are fire hazards
3. Absolutely no drug use or possession of drugs on the premises by the tenants or incumbent guest. Such use and/or possession is a violation of the law and will be reported to the police.
4. Absolutely no firearms on the premises.
5. Absolutely no underage drinking and no drunkenness.
6. Absolutely no one should be abusive in using the things here. Taking good care of the things while using it is a must.
BATHROOM RULES
1. The washing machine is strictly for guests staying 7 nights or longer. If you book for less than 7 nights and wish to use it, an additional fee of ₱500 will apply for the duration of your stay.
2. Clean sink and tub after each use (especially clean strainer of hair).
3. Each tenant is responsible to their guest' usage of bathrooms.
4. Tenants will be charged for plumbing costs that are related to tenant's hair accumulation, etc.
5. Do not clutter shampoos etc. in the bathroom. A space/track is allocated for these paraphernalia.
KITCHEN RULES
1. Use the cabinet in the kitchen for the canned goods.
2. Clean all dishes and pots and pans every after use. DO NOT leave them in the sink.
3. Wipe counters after usage.
4. Empty trash daily. Trash is deposited/left at Garbage can area outside or let the guard assist you to throw the garbage from your trashcan. Especially if the trashcan is almost full or full already, just be a responsible netizen.
5. Turn off light when not in use
6. Use cutting board to cut and chop on. Do not just cut or chop anywhere.
CONSERVATION RULES
1. Turn out all the interior lights when not in use. Remember to turn bedroom lights and aircon off when leaving for the day (check out time).
2. Unplug all devices before leaving for the day to avoid risk of short circuit or fire.
3. Make sure to double check all your things/belongings before checking out.
SECURITY RULES
1. Keep the main door locked at all times. Any damages to the smart lock may incur a fine of ₱3,000 to ₱5,000.
2. Call security immediately when anything of suspicious nature occurs.
3. Close all windows before leaving for the day and make sure to lock also the main door before leaving.
GENERAL RULES:
1. Report any damage or incidents as soon as possible and send us a photo.
2. Any items that was taken out of the unit, is already considered missing, and the guest must pay for it. We do not accept any item being returned as we have no guarantee that it will be returned in proper condition.
3. No holes in the walls to hang pictures etc. No vandalism or putting of stickers anywhere here in the condo unit.
4. Show consideration to other tenants in regarding to music or other noise. No loud music or noises especially when its late night already.
5. When playing stereo, use headphones if others complain.
6. No subletting at all times.
7. The manager's number provided via Airbnb message is strictly for urgent or emergency matters such as door lock issues, water problems, or power outages. Please refrain from calling or messaging our manager for non-urgent situations.
8.. Please maintain the premises in a clean sanitary condition at all times. Do not leave any clutter in the common areas.
