The space
220 ACRE ADULTS ONLY WILDERNESS RETREAT

Framed by the Blackwood River and the rolling hills of Winnejup, this elevated homestead offers you an ambiance that will calm your soul and relax your mind.
You are surrounded by an idyllic Australian way of life, with a gorgeous timber 2-bedroom cottage that really will take your breath away. This property has its own heartbeat flowing from the natural timbers and views from the different spaces stretching out to natural bushland and down to the magnificent dam.

The original timber framework encased in the soaring ceiling height provides an architectural element to the home and marries perfectly with other timber accents such as wood floors and beams. This evokes an earth tone ambiance throughout and blends with the hues of nature in the walls, doors and cabinetry. The main living area accommodates an open plan kitchen with views, a lounge room nestled around the fire, and a dining space that is a great gathering place, offering communal spaces as well as personal retreats.

You have 220 acres of private wilderness to explore, create your own bushwalks, enjoy the dam, relax in the parkland, and wander in the trees. Misty Valley is a working farm with sheep roaming on the property.

This property will impress. A fantastic location, a very scenic drive away from the town centre, a wonderful welcome overlooking a sensational waterway, with Bridgetown, just over 18km away which is a fantastic tourist town with many attractions.
