Situated in the tranquil setting of East Busselton, a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beaches of Geographe Bay, Markingle is the perfect beachside holiday base.

Take a dip in the crystal clear water or bring your fishing gear and fish for whiting, herring and flounder as the sun sets over the ocean. Or relax at home -there are plenty of board games, jigsaws, books to enjoy.

Neighbourhood highlights

The biggest attraction is the beach - its usually very flat and inviting. In winter there is often seaweed on the beach makes it an adventure to walk on.

Sensations is a great coffee shop next to the Marina which is about a 10 minute walk. There is also the Deck at the Marina which is a great place for a quiet evening drink.
The lovely Tuart forest is 5 kms away has lots of walks as is great for Geocaching (google it).

Port Geographe Marina just 1 km away where you'll find top class boat launching facilities.

Further afield is a water park, several world class wineries, ice cream and chocolate factories, mountain bike and walking trails - there are so many things it sometimes seems endless.

Markingle was Michelle and Dene's childhood holiday home and now we bring our families for holidays here. We live in Perth and enjoy the outdoors. We all enjoy walking, golf and coffee. We also hope to get more opportunity to travel more.
