Long Stays:
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended (at cost). You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and full clean for $140. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.

Parking Information:
Our apartment does not have a designated carpark space.

However, on-site parking is available and shared with The Star Casino at 33 William St, Brisbane City QLD 4000.

Platinum members of The Star Club enjoy complimentary parking.

Other guests can utilize the casino’s parking at a rate of $20 per hour, capped at $80 per 24 hours.

Alternative Parking – Wilson Parking at 126 Margaret Street:
Located a short walk from Queen’s Wharf.

Rates are as follows:
Hourly: From $15.
Night (enter after 5 PM, exit before 6 AM): $22 per exit.
Weekend: $22 per exit.
Prepay Online: From $40.

Prepaying online does not guarantee a reserved spot. In the unlikely event a space is unavailable, use the intercom to notify the Wilson Parking team for assistance.

Furthermore, paid street parking will be available on muiltiple locations such as:

Please note that check in begins from 3pm-12am and check out is at 10am. Requiring different check in/out times may incur a fee, subject to availability. Additionally, only ONE KEY can be provided.

Luggage drop off is available at nearby third party stores at cost.

Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!
