This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
This self-contained apartment attached to main house but offers complete privacy with its own entrance. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed, making it an ideal holiday home for a family of up to two adults and three children, or five adults.

Please note, there are security cameras in the kitchen area and around the pool that were installed for the previous owner. The cameras will be turned off for your stay.

The space
The unit features a spacious kitchen with a gas cooktop, electric oven, and all the essentials for cooking. The open-plan dining and living area lead to a large outdoor space, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, going beyond the basics, with generous living spaces and large rooms.

Enjoy complimentary WiFi and a large TV. Our solar-heated pool is typically available for swimming, October through to April with towels and pool toys provided for your enjoyment.

Guest access
You will have the entire unit, patio, pool and garden for your exclusive use with the owners on site in the adjoining unit.

Parking for one car is available in the driveway or on the front lawn.

Other things to note
Please turn off the air conditioner and heater if you go out and overnight unless it is over 25c.
As we have solar power we ask that you use the dishwasher and washing machine during daylight.

Sorry but no visitors during your stay except with prior approval.
